X10 Archery

These guys were so sweet and polite. I called and planned a casual lesson for my boyfriend and I as we have never attempted archery but it has been an interest of ours for a while. We just wanted to have fun! I told them over the phone it was a surprise for my boyfriend and he offered me a discount deal. When we showed up and I told him my name he totally remembered (may have written it down but that doesn’t make a difference to me) who we were and immediately asked my boyfriend by his name, was he ready to have some fun? We paid for an hour but we’re having a great time and it was slow due to the rodeo being in town, so they let us stay much longer for no extra charge (sorry guys, I don’t want everyone trying to take advantage of this but I had to put it in the review BC it made a huge difference in our experience). These guys are great, the atmosphere was great, I know they do kids parties there, too… so if you have kids.*nudge nudge*. I’ll post some pics, book this place, it’s worth it!

My goals for 2016 is to do as much leisure learning and acquire as many random skills/​hobbies as possible to alleviate the stress accmulated from my professional life. One of the things I’ve always wanted to try was archery but I am as beginner as they come. I have NEVER picked up a bow and arrow before in my life (unless you count the Nerf version) and wanted an opportunity to try. Lo and behold, my friend Groupon had a deal for X10 archery and both my husband and I went in for a lession with John Williams. Walking into X10 was a very friendly and welcoming environment. John was a very patient instructor and gave very detailed but easy to understand instructions. We both appreciate how much emphasis safety rules were enforced in the archery range and were hooked on the very first day. I would not hesitate to recommend X10 as a place for beginners and experienced archers alike.

This place is great! Came on an early Friday afternoon and it wasn’t too crowded. Staff is amazing and Sabrina was so nice and helpful! We are definitely coming back!

Wonderful place! Wonderful events coordinator, Sabrina! Such a nice person. Took my daughters and two granddaughters for a girl’s family outing and had s great time. Wonderful family fun! Hope it becomes an ongoing affair.

I actually made a Unilocal account just to post a review so you know this place is great. A group of 8 friends and I came here for the first time and from the get go everything was perfect, everyone was so nice and friendly. The guy who took care of us was extremely nice and funny. After our intro to archery crash course, one of the regulars there saw that we were beginners and was telling us how to improve and what we were doing wrong. Long story short, amazing place, an even more amazing staff, and the pricing I thought was really good. Would definitely come again.

Had a great time yesterday. Got there at 2pm on a Sunday and it was not overcrowded. Wife’s first time shooting so they got her set up with a bow and for an extra $ 5 they gave her a basic class on how to shoot safely. They then continued to be cool people kept working with her and even gave me some pointers. Good friendly staff great place so I would highly recommend going there!

Got a Unilocal deal promotion $ 25 for $ 35 value so we decided to check this place out.
It was a very fun experience and the manager (owner?) was super nice. We got the instruction and safety advice from the nice lady.
We’ll come back and bring more friends along!

Congratulations to Lynda on acquiring this business. I took my daughter yesterday for her 1^st archery practice. Lynda and staff were very courteous to explain the best arrows to use with the different weight bows we have. Also allowed my daughter to use a lighter bow more fit for her beginner level.
The place was recently purchased by Lynda and her husband Bud. They are still working on adding more inventory to their showroom. The range is very nice and well setup. It was crowded yesterday (Sunday) afternoon from bigness to more seasoned archers.
Lynda also offers private and group lessons. Call in advance to reserve.
Cost per Hour is $ 12 per adult.
If your bow needs a string or repairs, Lynda can arrange to get that ordered for you. They also offer consignment service to sell your «no longer needed» Archery equipment.
I would recommend this place to anyone interested in practicing archery.

This was our first archery experience and we were hooked. I went with my husband and 7 year old son. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They are just starting up so expect that the facility still needs a little work outside and inside. However, all you really need to have for a fun experience is the equipment and the targets which is what they have.
