I think every employee should be required to sample every flavor so they know what they’re recommending to potential customers. I asked what the new smoked flavor was like… No one could tell me! Seriously?! I’m waiting on my wings now but they’re always pretty good to here! Place is absolutely packed. No tables available but one– it’s mine now! Drinking a «lawnmower» while I which is mine as I wait for my to/​go order! The place is clean. Happy crowd! Friendly staff even though they couldn’t pin down the taste of the new flavor! lol

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!
They do not put all of your items that you ordered in your bag. It is not that difficult to ensure an order is complete before you provide the customer with their food. It is very frustrating to get home after a long day only to find the Ranch dipping sauce is missing. What are wings without Ranch?! Trash.

11:30 PM on Saturday I attempted to go in and the door was locked. Customers were sitting down eating and the employees would not let me in. This was very disturbing. I attempted to call the location and was put on hold. I call again and again and no one answered, the automatic answering machine just came on. The sign on in the restaurant says Open till Midnight. I will never visit this location again. I’m not asking for anything but customer service, that’s all nothing else. What are you guys in business for? Took my money to Taco Cabana.

I really want to say good things about this store but for the third consecutive time I’ve been shorted a fry in my to go order. I understand that accidents happen and I want to give the benefit of the doubt but I almost want to take this personally. I order the same 3 combos just about every week and every well I walk out with only 2 fries. Luckily this time I thought to look while in the store and when went to the counter to notify that I’m missing a fry yet again they look to the receipt to make sure I’m not trying to swindle them. My name is in the book for free fries and wings from the last 2 times but I continue to be a paying customer out of good faith. I’m sadly disappointed. I do have to highlight that Sophia is always super amazing and always goes out of her way to greet me by name with a smile and that is highly appreciated.

I was honestly surprised the first time I came here. This is easily the second best place to grab wings in town. The wings are always fresh, made to order, and the chicken is juicy, unlike a lot of places that either serve cold or dry wings.
They have a smaller sauce selection than other wing bars, but the flavors are delicious and they apply their sauces liberally to their wings. The only real knock on the place are their tiny televisions. They need to upgrade one or both of them to at least a 32″ in order to make themselves a go-​to place when the game is on.

Customer service with Albert was friendly and professional, wing flavor was excellent and they were made well. The take a little longer to come out, but that’s because they aim for awesome. Get the lemon pepper, I’ve tried four flavors so far and those are the best.

Wingstop isn’t the same anymore. It use to be one of the best wings in Houston.
The wings were okay, I ordered the lemon pepper wings with some fries. The wings were too salty, it’s like they didn’t care how much ingredients they add on the wings. The fries were hard, looks like they double dip it.
Customer service is why I didn’t give it a lower score. The service was pretty good.
The place was clean.
I recommend going to the Wingstop on Hilcroft and Beechnut. In my opinion they make the best wings.

Service is bad. Received the togo with wrong order. Prefer Kirkwood location over this location. They need to get better cashiers to work in the front. The cashier is reyna. She is rude.

I would have given 0 stars if I could. An employee named reina was rude and disrespectful. I will NEVER eat at that location again. She tried to kick us out the restaurant at 11:30 when they close midnight and then decided to remove the drink nozzles without even asking my group if we wanted to drink anything. I have never been so upset with a person being so unnecessary.

I’m giving Wing Stop 3 stars because the workers were cool, the baked roll was tasty, and the fries (although I couldn’t finish them) were pretty good. With that being said, I was really looking forward to eating here based on the reviews. But I guess the night that I decided to dine there (did take out) someone must’ve had a heavy hand with the salt! I couldn’t even finish my food. Figured I wasted $ 11 before, so I wasn’t too upset. The chicken wasn’t good at all… Maybe that’s normal with the boneless wings?! Anyways, due to the high ratings I may give this establishment another chance, but now all I want to do is drink a liter of water… BTW, I bought an 8 piece (½ Garlic Parmesan, ½ hickory smoked BBQ) and ate 3 pieces. Threw the rest away. I’ll try again, but not anytime soon.

They do it right here. They fry their wings when you order it. Their fries are hot and fresh too. The only thing is, if your hungry, you have to wait for your chicken to fry. But that’s the price you have to pay to get some hot fresh wings.

Another indulgence of mine — and I have many! — are wings and the only place I will eat them from is Wingstop. Consistency is on the top of my list when I rate the quality of foods and without fail, year after year, the ingredients and taste have remained the same — oh so finger lickin’ good!
They guarantee the order in 14 minutes, and I can count on one finger when this has not happened. I love the lemon pepper flavor the best — the tangy, sour, and saltiness blend in really good with one another. Second favorite is the original hot — the flavor has just the right amount of kick to it without burning your lips. If you haven’t tried this already, dip your french fries in ranch dressing — the slight sweetness of the fries complement the ranch.
If you’re looking for an inexpensive lunch combo, you should definitely check out the menu at a Wingstop near you. The other day I ordered a six-​piece (all flats) wings with a «more than you can handle» container of fries and small drink for $ 8.65 and was stuffed in the end.

You can always count on wing stop to get fresh made hot wings in 14 minutes! Semi friendly service but still delicious wings. I would definitely come back and definitely recommend for those interested in good quality wings! Not to mention, the fries? To die for. You have to go, if not for the wings, for the fries.

I was hungry. It was around 11pm and I needed food. Wing stop was the only place that was open outside of the typical fast food. I placed my order for 20 wings and got exactly what I wanted. Wing Stop rarely ever disappoints me.

Let me start by saying I love Wing Stop! But this specific location is horrible. I’ve been to this location twice. The first time I went, I ordered the original hot wings. The wings were dry, not a lot of sauce & it just didn’t taste like what I’m use to. The second time I went, the same thing happened with the wings. After eating four wings, my food came up. I think they were undercooked. The fries didn’t have much seasoning on them either. Stay away from this location!

Wingstop is great for cheap buffalo wings and well seasoned fries. Their prices are good and they always have deals. If you sign up for email offers you’ll usually get fries or some wings added for free.
So since this is a chain the rest I’ll be reviewing this particular location at 6447 Westheimer.
I have not had a good experience eating in at this location. Everytime I’ve eaten here my food has come out after two to three people’s who were behind me, and I was only ever ordering for myself. I’m fairly certain in one instance one of those people actually took my order instead of theirs, and then complained about it when it wasn’t right. Never so much as got an apology or anything from the staff. There’s also a couple vagrants who I’ve seen hanging around and I’ve seen a staff member actually lock the door to keep them out, with people inside eating.

Very clean, friendly upon entering, fast service. Wings were delicious. Now that’s what you call fast food! Got my wing fix for the week! Houston might be alright for food :)

Location: strip mall with plenty of parking.
Service: slow, I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a to go order. I think it’s because they make the wings fresh. It’s okay except when there’s a lot of people at the counter. Counter help was nice and polite.
Ambience: more of a to go place althought they do have a tv to watch sports.
Food: Piping hot wings and fries. The Garlic Sauce wings are yummy but its hard to get rid of the after taste. The garlic sauce is a little oily as it is made through a butter sauce.
Solid food quality.
