Whataburger

I love whataburger. Those burgers are so delicious. I get a little sad after each last bite. I wish they’d do something to jazz up their boring shoe string fries. Fast friendly service here.
This location is in a funky location. When leaving, you must head east a ways to uturn and head west on 1960.

I’m must say this is my late night go to spot for a shake! Especially after 10pm because most other places shut down there shake machine for «cleaning». I can always depend on this whataburger to have a shake for me no matter what time! Other then tonight their machine was actually down for cleaning, I asked the cashier I Believe her name was Dorina that I was really really craving a shake did she know what time it would be back up, because I was probably going to come back. she was very kind and told me around 330 it should be clean and producing nice thick shakes. overall great customer service, you might have to wait 5 to 10 mins, but it’s totally worth fresh food!

the manager on 11÷13÷15 was wonderful. normally I’m used to seeing managers be rude to their workers in fast food joints, but I gotta say, I was speechless to see him not lose his temper with this lady that had an accent, I believe she was Asian, and she couldn’t understand what he was asking her. he patiently kept repeating himself and when she finally got it, he walked away smiling and kept it for the rest of the morning… kuddos boss! :) oh and food was great and pretty fast too: D

Mostly use the drive thru and sometimes I do have to wait more than 5 minutes. But it’s Whataburger, it’s worth it!

Horrible experience. Our order taker over the intercom was the worst, she didn’t listen to our order and we had to repeat it several times. When we got to the window, Jermaine was not the most pleasant person and seemed as though he hated his job. We left and went about our way and got home and our sandwiches did not have jalapeños on it as requested. the sandwiches were loaded with grease (not your normal greasy fast food). We called to tell them they had missed the jalapeño and said if we brought the sandwiches back to the store they would add jalapeño. I would have appreciated an entire new sandwich. By the time we got there they would have been cold and not a good taste in the mouth. The girl, I think Isabella? said she was going to get her team leader and had us on hold for more than ten minutes and never came back to the phone. When we were at the restaurant, there was one other car behind us but yet you cannot come to the phone? Will not be returning. DO NOT COME HERE.
