The crazy thing is my food was great, it really was. What I have a problem with, was the customer service. Not one customer in the lobby, no one at any of the 3 registers. There were plenty of people there, just no one in the front paying attention. I didn’t say anything… After 7 minutes, Flor the manager…“Yeah I’m putting you on blast” lol Comes and takes my order, with an attitude like she was the one waiting to order. I see why the place has armed security there some nights, because obviously there are people who work there, who don’t pay attention… My food was great. But the customer interaction and service I got from the so called«manager» was not cool at all. I’ll still roll with Whataburger, it’s just a shame I won’t be going to the one closest to my home. First impressions are everything. Anyone showing patronage to any business, should have a great experience to make them come back, whether it’s a hole in the wall, fast food or 5 star establishment. I must say I’m very disappointed. Refresher courses in customer service and expectations need to be given to «Flor» the manager. Ok I’m done now…

Took them literally 50 minute to make 1 breakfast platter, which i went to the counter and got ignore multiple times. Finally the order came out without sussage or bacon in it.

Damn son if I could give them zero stars I would. Ordered honey butter chicken biscuits didn’t even come out til 15 mins later when while five or six other cars passed us up.

I would never expect anything from a fast food restaurant. Because I know for the facts that«I get what I paid for» and«this is not a five-star resort». And, I normally don’t rate on fast food restaurants, unless they met the level of customer service beyond what I expected. I had an excellent experience at this Whataburger. When I complained about my burger being stone cold, the manager brought the freshly made burger to our table and offered fries as I waited. What would other fast food joint do? They would just grab another one under the heated lamp. We have been going back since then.

Very poor service. Wrong order brought to me. Returned it and went over what my order was. Order delivered was made wrong — especially when I emphasized exactly what I wanted to the order taker — three times, and then two more times after I returned the order made wrong. Food tasted great, but the delay exceeded the amount of time I planned for lunch.
