Whataburger

Not very satisfied with this Whataburger.
I visited this location on 12/​13/​2015. I went inside and purchased an order to go. I ordered two Whataburger jr meals and one chicken strip meal. I asked for all three to be upgraded to large size. Only one meal was large, the other two were medium size. It also took about 15 minutes to receive my order. Last year I received a raw whatachicken sandwich. I will not go back to this location.

Came here late at night. I pulled up to the window and find the workers just talking and goofing around, mostly likely why the line was long and the service was slow. One of them had latex gloves on and was eating, and touching her mouth then afterwards was putting food together, which is disgusting. Afterwards she handed out the food as she was talking at the other worker, not looking at me and almost dropped my order. Never coming back for a late night food run.

You go to a whataburger wanting a fast and hot meal, but today after a long work day, my husband and I got much much more. The food was fast and hot and quite tasty, but the best thing about our visit was the outstanding service from Ms. Rose at the register. She was warm and friendly and genuinely concerned about our experience. This is at a whataburger! We go to nice restaurants frequently but rarely experience the level of service we just did at a fast food joint. What a pleasant surprise and certainly a blessing to our day. Dear Whataburger, please recognize Ms. Rose for making the details matter. Well done.

The only thing I enjoy from here is their grilled chicken salad or sandwich. I only buy from here IF Chick-​fil-​a is closed. I don’t find their burgers appetizing and their fries are just alright.

They have the best customer service! Even at 3am. There was a hole in my cup so it started leaking in my car. They quickly helped me out and gave me a whole bunch of napkins and replaced my drink with a large :). I came back because I had accidentally left the napkin my retainer had been in (not embarrassing at all) in that wad of napkins I used. They remembered exactly who I was and helped me immediately! They are extremely helpful and dedicated, no matter what the hour.

I go there mainly for breakfast because it is close to my house so my comments are mainly about the morning crew.
About half the time this place it total amateur hour! I’ve wasted way too much time parked waiting for them to bring me my food, I’m not doing it again.
The food isn’t bad, its typical drive through. But if you dare stop, definitely check your bag and make sure its right.
If there is a long line (like 3 cars), don’t stop, just drive on by.
On second thought, just go to McDonalds or Taco Cabana. Don’t even bother with this place.
Please, someone open a Carl’s Jr!

I love Whataburger but this is the worst location I have ever been to! Crowded or not, this is the slowest one I have ever been to. Truly incompetent staff…

After years of coming to this Whataburger, a lone Unilocaler decides to write their review of this fast food establishment.
Maybe a new manager was established? Well, the cashier folk were nice, not the usual «robots» you get at other fast food places. We had the usual order today.

— 2 three-​piece chicken strips
— 4 bottles of orange juice
— 3 cups for water
Burger: The burger, a savory icon of any burger-​selling establishment. Let’s just say my burger looked more like it was steamed rolled. Buns were pretty flat, and the middle greens and patty were thin too. Even though it didn’t look like how the ads portrayed it, it was still good.
Chicken: Family member said they were good. I heard a nice crunch sound from those chickens. Soggy, they weren’t.
Drinks: The Powerade has a nice strong flavor to it (you can tell if the liquid is dark) The lemonade… it usually leans more to the sour side, but it, too, has a bold taste. Usually the tea (sweet or unsweetened) tastes kind of funky. Fair warning.
Fries: Hot, but sometimes they’re on the salty side so give them a good shake before eating.
Black labeled ketchup: Bold spicy taste, just how I like it

But onto other matters, as the casual Unilocaler at their burger, they heard a familiar tune coming from the establishment’s speakers. A Christian song (I Will Follow)?
You don’t usually hear that in a restaurant. That was something new.

Whataburger, what can you say. Always good. Great fast food, great service, great price. Even better after a salad at Salata. Been coming here since it opened. The management and staff are very friendly and interested in your visit and experience.

The reason why i am giving this place a two star is because this location made my food right only 1 time!(ONE) i feel like the workers at night (midnight) dont give a shit and do whatever they want because my order is never right. or they just dont make the food right. one time they forgot an order. long story short. Now i know to open up and check my shit or just go to a different whataburger, this whataburger is by my house and when i crave whataburger, i will get it! i pay for this so ima make sure my food is right next time!

Good food and good service. I rate this restaurant a 3 primarily because it is a fast food restaurant. It is a good place to eat. My burger and fries were hot and tasty. Counter and table service was good. I recommend this location.
One note. during weekday lunch this place an get very busy. The drive thru can have a long line and the interior can be full also. If you don’t like lines then avoid during this time only.

I had the taquito this morning w/​potatoe! It wasn’t what I had looked forward to mines homemade r so much better but it was pretty plain they put the hash brown sticks inside the taquitos :/​and plain eggs n cheese no veggies nothing special! I won’t get it again but the burgers n fries are always good n chicken strips always too hard! So if u want a burger I’d recommend whataburger!

This place is fantastic! The good is fresh, hot, and fast. The store is super clean. The service is outstanding!!!

You always hear about fast food horror stories so this bit shouldn’t be THAT shocking. I came here during a late afternoon, ordered a 3pc chicken strip meal with gravy and honey mustard. After I received it from the drive thru, I made sure that I was given UNSWEETENED tea, but that’s not the problem here. I drive off, get home, start to eat my meal… And I discover an already opened and HALF EATEN container of honey mustard. What the fuck is right. I’m not talking about a little tear of the seal, I’m talking about pulled halfway back and half empty. Irate, I call and ask for the manager and «said-​manager» apologized and asked if they could fix it by having me come back for a new sauce. Yea, WB is not even 5 minutes down the road but I’m not driving back for $ 0.35. I feel sorry for the cars behind me this day forward because I’ll be sure to inspect my order THOROUGHLY from now on.

The white gravy was extremely watered down on this visit. First time I have had this experience. It had no thickness to it.

Whataburger is my «Go To» fast food place. The food is consistently good. I just wish they would stop asking me if I want cheese before I can even order… LOL. It’s kind of annoying.

Ate here two times and didn’t have any extraordinary experiences while here except that during rush hour traffice it is h3ll getting back on the feeder because for some reason the drivers don’t like your customers sharing the feeder of the Beltway. But that’s ok because you have a pretty nice array of clientele that have never been loud or obnoxious my times here.
What one would remember here is this restaurant is almost in the middle of nowhere compared to the other Whataburgers that like to squeeze it’self into the same parking lot of shopping centers. Wait, was this one in a shopping center as well? I don’t remember but I also didn’t remember seeing anything sharing the parking lot with it either.

Yum! Burgers as big as you can think of and twice as yummy! Not the cheapest, but what isn’t these days? Big ass burger, with fresh hot fries, and Coke Zero to boot! They even deliver to your table :) I’m a fan :) Not easy to get to, but its just past West Rd on the Northbound side of Beltway 8. Get here before noon or the church crowd lines will be astronomically long.
