Let me start by saying that we have been at this WAB for at least 10 times, I had been satisfied with their customer service and quality up until today, I ordered the chicken strips meal and ordered the peppercorn ranch and I even repeated twice peppercorn. Well I get home and they gave me ranch and on top of that my chicken strips we’re almost burnt! So I called to give feedback, they offered to remake it but I was not going to come back. I wish they had offered to refund my card for my food as it was not edible. Disappointed but will give them a chance, hoping they won’t serve me almost burnt ck and give me the right dressing.

I am giving 4 stars for the awesome portions my fries were just overwhelming! Great service. The staff seems fairly new but there is a lot of potential and it only gets better. As for the burgers they are huge and for the fries once they get soggy no worries just nuke em in the micro for one mike and their crispy again! Wait time wasn’t too bad for 6pm on a work day!
