Westgate Apartments

Westgate Apartments LIED, CHEATED, and STOLE from me! Then, they money they claimed I owed them (of which from prior agreements should not have been claimed) was sent directly to Collections WITH NO CALL FROM THEM beforehand to even ASK about the payments.
I have asked to be contacted by the Manager 3 times, with no response. When I have been on the phone with them I have asked immediately to speak to the manager and EVERY TIME they say «the manager is unavailable» They took $ 300 of my money, and used it for NOTHING.
I requested that I did not get a carpet cleaning when I moved in, on the promise that I would not be charged for carpet cleaning when I moved out. BAD ON ME, because I did not get it in writing.
Also, my AC broke about once every 3 months and they only ever rigged it to work for a short while.
they never fixed our stove, which we requested a fix every month.
The only GOOD thing I can say about Westgate apartments is that their employees are genuinely nice and I feel sorry that they have to work under such a greedy, DISHONEST company. I would NEVER suggest this apartment complex to anyone, not even my worst enemy.
