West Bellfort Shell

Love how it’s heavily lit at night so I don’t have to worry about fighting the night. It’s also extremely conveniently stationed, and it’s super spacious! I am a bit impressed how it separates the diesel from the other options. Just wish it were a bit cheaper by the gallon, but I will DEFINITELY be back!

This Shell station is one of the busier ones. It’s not cleanest one either, which is probably due to the high volume traffic. The lines inside can get long and slow so I’d suggest buying a water elsewhere if you’re in a hurry.
The very few times I’ve made a fuel stop at this location I have been swarmed by annoying and pushy «gas station squatter vendors». These people have nothing to do with the actual Shell business. They are sales reps who have set up a table of usually questionable quality, gimmicky car products outside the door of the store.
I understand they are trying to make a sale but a polite «no thank you» should suffice. Maybe it’s the fact that this location is very busy that attracts these vendors and makes them pushy? Whatever the reason, I do not like a product being overly shoved in my face. It irritates me and I do not like irritation.
The prices here are usually higher than other Shell stations. Again, this is probably because of the location off the freeway. I am not someone who will drive around looking for cheaper gas prices just to save a few cents off. If I need gas, I need it and I get it. However, all things considered about this place, unless my car is running off fumes I will chug along elsewhere.

Me: So Volkswagon, how are you feeling today?
VW: A bit parched actually. I been running all day and I am getting super thirsty.
Me: Have no fear, there is a Shell station up the street where you can get your fill of quality gasoline at a very affordable price, unlike those other «gas stations» nearby.
VW: I love Shell gasoline. They are always the cheapest in town, and for some reason I can run all day with their gas in my system… I get almost 20 miles more per fill up using their products. Get me to the Shell Station!
Me: One fill up please!
VW: AHHHHHHH!!!
