After a long day at work, this Wendy’s is close enough to veer off and get two of my favs: a sour cream and chive baked potato or the crispy nuggets. I’ve only been through the drive thru, which has not been too much of a wait. Service was friendly and my order was correct, so nothing to complain about on that aspect of the check ins expect that I didn’t get a straw with my drink on one of the visits. Small inconvenience. Human errors like that are permissible and fair. However, finding a bone in my nugget?! Not good. It was very small, but hard, so if I would have swallowed it – oh my! Since the nuggets are not made by the facility itself, I would venture to say that this could have happened at any Wendy’s and hate to downgrade this location on stars based on something they had no direct influence on, so I’ll be fair and give them a 3 star rating giving you Unilocalers a red flag on the nuggets. I still might stop and get a potato once in awhile still, but I’ll pass on the nuggets.

Make sure you count your change up the guy working the window shorted me on 3 bucks it is not a lot of money but still it is the principal. The white guy with the tattooed lips on his neck was the culprit. Other than the shortage of cash the food came out fast and hot the reason for the 2 star is because of the change the guy gave me. Gave home a twenty and ticket was 4.29 he gave me back 12.71 and thought that was cool

I’d have to say this is one of the nicest fast food restaurants I’ve ever been in. This location was remodeled a few months ago and has a fresh modern look. The menus are all flat screen tv’s and the furniture has a unique style. They also have 2 large flat screen tv’s to watch while you’re eating. The bathrooms are nice and clean with plenty of space. The BBQ pulled pork burger was only for a limited time only so I decided to try it. At first glance it looked like a kids meal burger stuffed with pulled pork. I guess I expected this huge monster of a man burger but the picture on the menu really deceives you. I didn’t leave wanting another one but it didn’t make me want to get it again the next time it comes around.

Restroom was ok although there was a flushing problem in the men’s room. No vegan options, but they were nice about it.

The largest of the cultivated mushroom, the portabella have open veils and flat caps that can measure up to six inches in diameter. My favorite mushroom is the portabella. The ones on this burger were a lot smaller. That being said.. The Bacon Portobella melt on Brioche was actually quite good and I felt this burger was represented close enough to the actual poster, no complaints here. I liked having cheese on the bottom bun as well as on top of the burger. Though the meat was slightly dry, the cheese and mushrooms quickly made up for it. Brioche bread is of French origin and feels denser than standard buns. I didn’t taste that enriched flour taste like I do with white bread or hamburger buns. There are more eggs and butter in making brioche. The first use of this bread was in 1404 and was developed from the blessed bread of the French churches. Some used a very soft cheese in the 17th century instead of eggs. I like what Wendy’s did to this and the taste goes well with the cheese and mushrooms. I love that on the combos, I am not stuck with fries. I was able to easily swap out the fries for Chili instead. Their Chili is always consistent and delicious. I feel it is nice that a fast food can offer Chili every day off the year and it be good. I can swap out the fries with a salad or anything on the value menu. I love having options. The service today was great and the help had no problems understanding English. The food came hot and fresh.
