I gave this place three stars because the food was served very quickly & it was hot. However, next time I need to ask for no salt on the French fries because it was LOADED with salt. I went through the drive thru and the individual that took my order was pleasant. I did note that barbecue sauce was needed for the nuggets I ordered my daughter. However, when we pulled around and got our food, there was no sauce or napkins. The young lady was so quick to get rid of us, I had to honk and ask for napkins and the sauce. Now I understand places have been very picky on the amount of napkins being given, but not putting any in the bag is just not going to work.

The service here is very poor. I have waited in the drive thru multiple times for at least 20 minutes when there were only 2 – 3 cars ahead of me. My wife loves Wendy’s and I endure this for her.
They are notorious for getting your order wrong and they often dislike it when you attempt to correct the issue. I’ve received food that was obviously cold or overcooked.
The place is clean and the employees are friendly (unless you return your order). They typically have enough staff to get things done; I worked in this industry for a while. I honestly don’t know why the service lacks but I’m hopeful and will try again the next time my wife sends me.

This Wendy’s has not been here very long but they have good service. The drive thru is fast and accurate. The inside is nice and clean. It is attached to a gas station, and I think they close around 12am it would be so great if they we’re 24 hours. on my visit today I got a double stack pack a double stack friend nugget and a drink for $ 4.99
