Located in a strip mall, the parking lot is difficult to access. The west bound lane has to dog leg around a concrete divider or make a U turn at the next signal to approach from the east bound side. From there, difficulties will continue. The parking lot can be congested as it shares the area with a restaurant. Now for the real issues with the establishment: This laundromat has the most, and is exclusively stocked with horizontal washers. Which I love. Good luck finding one that works. A majority of the machines are in disrepair or have options physically dug out of the machine. While some of the signs are in English, most of the technical signs are written only in Spanish. And not the standard«OFF» signs, which are afixed over the coin slots(sometimes). I’m talking about notes regarding the heating quality of driers, certain unavailable options on washers, or some elaborate technical aspect of the machines. Because of the location or the machinery or witch craft, WiFi and cell reception is awful making translations on the fly near impossible. The floor is always dirty. The staff range from pleasant, cheery, helpful, and willing to assist with language issues to indignant and rude. Also, there is no middle option. It’s only the two poles. I came here a few times because I like the horizontal washers better and they open early. This will be my last time. Heed my warning. Avoid this place.

I’m not sure about this cleaner being expensive. We started coming to this business a year ago(once a month!) and our bill has been cut in half. It has been our experience that they divide our laundry based on how it is cleaned so when you p/u your items they check a few places to make sure they have it all. It takes a few minutes but I don’t mind. They are a family run, on-site cleaners(as opposed to sending out the clothes to a factory style facility) & that is something we choose to support. Our first batch of laundry contained a pair of pants that were discolored by another cleaner and when we got them back the fabric was seemingly reconditioned and looked like the damage hadn’t ever happened. We like them. Every business makes mistakes but at least there is someone at the counter who can ask the actual cleaner what went wrong.

The worst experience I’ve had at any store in a very long time. I needed two sweaters, a casual dress, and pants dry cleaned. I stopped here purely because it was nearby and has been around for a while, so I thought it would be established. When I dropped things off, I asked the woman Eula, who is clearly a senior citizen, what the prices were. She didn’t seem to care to answer and walked around for a bit(slowly, but because of motivation not age) but finally told me. I almost walked out then to find a cleaners that cares for their customers, but I figured, how bad could it be? When I asked my pickup she gave me a rude and snide answer that was completely unnecessary. When I picked up my clothes the bill was almost $ 40 for four things! I don’t dry clean often, so I asked for details of the bill and the same woman, Eula, wouldn’t give me any. She was very rude and avoided answering my questions by just saying«I don’t know I just work here.» The thing that really annoyed and actually pissed me off is that she wouldn’t look me in the eye. I noticed that they charged me two dollars extra for my dress by calling it «fancy». I tried to dispute this charge with Eula because I was not made aware of this when I dropped off, and my dress was anything but fancy. No decorations, nothing to be careful over. I asked what the rules were for a dress to be considered fancy and she just said she didn’t know and she couldn’t change it because she didn’t know how to use the computer. But she put the charges in originally! I never saw anyone else there! When I asked to speak to managers to help the situation she said they weren’t there and I would have to come back later, which I couldn’t do. This woman clearly doesn’t care about the customers or the reputation of Warren’s. She was insanely rude and unhelpful, and dare I say it, she actually seemed racist. I am disgusted by my experience here and will not go back.

There’s some kind of changing-of-the-guard going on here. They lost my clothes for a month. They’ve been coming out not smelling as clean. New people working the front. Look elsewhere.

Love this place! May not be cheap but the work speaks for why its not cheap! Most small dry cleaners charge you to clean and the whole package and all they do is press and send out! Tired of cheap nasty places in the area! Warren always gets the job done! All my high end clothes come out great! All the staff are always helpful!

Although I haven’t had many items dry cleaned here, I DO use their wash & fold service for my laundry. They are always friendly, courteous, and their pricing is good. They take pride in their work and respect their customers.

I’m new in town and this place is close to my apartment so I thought I’d give them a shot… Worst dry cleaning ever! I was told when I got my clothes back that it should have wrinkles in it and was told I had to pay more to get the wrinkles removed… Hello it’s dry cleaning. Other dry cleaning places that I have been to have actually had the courtesy to offer me a refund or to redo the dry cleaning for free. See the photo for proof. I’ve paid same prices at other places and gotten better results. I will never return and will make it a point to never recommend anyone to come to Warren Cleaners when asked where to take dry cleaning to.

Warren is not the cheapest dry cleaners, but the clothes come back smelling clean and not like chemicals masking another smell. They do onsite cleaning which I guess is supposedly better than sending it to a factory. Two downsides — the cost and they take 2 – 3 days if you bring in 2 or more items.
