Start our by saying every thing that I have read negative from the reviews are true. Sorry, I hate to bash but the sad truth is the customer service is horrible. Almost every employee at every Walmart I have visited are lacking knowledge of the store, and are always too busy to be polite or helpful. I went in three different stores on Fathers Day weekend looking for water shoes. No none knew where they were or what they were for that matter. I was told they were a seasonal item. I thought summer was the season to swim. Anyhow I am completely fed up with Walmart. I wish the CEO or Powers that Be would spend more time investing on hiring professional people who care about their company. Their overall comany image is on a downhill plunge!

Horrible Walmart went in today after I got off work I went to the lane to get checked out and asked the lady how she was doing to only get ignored so I said I guess you are okay? and this gold tooth monster had the nerve to tell me huh? What you say something smart I thought? like she wanted to fight me I am sorry you are miserable ! like if Walmart only wants hood rats working for them they are beyond not professional at all I reported her and also am writing this review and will be contacting somebody over that Walmart I just took my products back to customer service and got a refund and went to target ! I apologize If I misspelled anything !

I went to Walmart yesterday and i could not navigate around the food aisles because employees were stocking EVERYSINGLEAISLE. I understand tha they need to stock up but at 7pm when the store is packed? I couldn’t get most of my needs because they blocked most of the aisles with the big carts they use to transport the food. When I went to check out surprisingly they had more than 5 lanes open! I got in a lane with only one person hoping to get out quickly because it was supposed to storm but nope! The Cashier talked and talked and talked to the customer about«how to use and what it is used for» for about 3 different things while stopping her actions to talk. I like when cashiers are friendly but this was too much. While waiting I looked around and saw that other check out lanes also were not moving the manager was running around from Lane to Lane trying to fix everything. They were all very dependent and slow. other than the workers I love this Walmart they have a big variety and lots of fresh fruit.

They really need to clean up their act. I understand that it is a big store but there are major things they are lacking on. Some employees there are very rude. The biggest problem for me though is the pet department. Specifically, the fish. It looks like they never feed them and there are lots of dead fish just floating in the aquariums… gross

I ordered a treadmill from aug 22 I recived an Email telling me it has been shipped and that I will get an Email when it arrives at the local walmart store wich was estimated to be on August 31. That didn’t happen sept 1 I received another email saying that there is a delay and that they could not give me a revised delivery date. So i waited until sept 2 then I tried calling customer service where I got stuck with an automated system that kept hanging up on me every time I entered my order number. Finally I just keyed 0 until I got a real live person who pretty much told me that they don’t know where the treadmill is. But that they will investigate and call me back. They never did. I kept trying and they kept saying that they don’t know where the item was and to wait. finally when i called sept 11 the customer care person recommended to cancel the order and reorder the item. So that’s what we did. New order was shipped on sept 15 the new arrival date was sept 23. Well that date came and went with the exact same results. What kind of company is this? They lost track of two treadmills worth almost a thousand each. Now its October 2nd and all they want to do is wait or refund my money. Walmart is not doing enough to keep me the customer happy. Why cant they just use FedEx or UPS. this way they can properly track items and keep customers well informed and happy. At this point I don’t want a refund I just want what I purchased On August 22 – 2015 at 1:23pm. Is this what people will have to look forward to this Holiday season. Total disappointment.

Like every Wal-Mart, 2 lanes open when there are lines wrapping around the store. My genius idea was to order online and ship to store… WRONG. I’ve wasted more time waiting on someone to pick up shipment than I would have just buying and waiting in line. The only reason I’m not giving 1 star for this location is that I quite frequently find things online that are 50% or so cheaper than in store and I pick them up for the online price

This is your average Walmart. Nothing more nothing less. You get what you pay for. I guess all I can say is that it gets the job done. Today there were no carts available inside. This Walmart has awful customer service! And at night they only have one cashier! Walmart price matching is worst they never want to do it !!! I like Target or Kroger they have very good customer service! most of the cashiers are very rude! That’s why I will not shop here no more.

I have never run across a Walmart that deserves more than a three star but this Walmart is one of the worst of the Walmarts it gets a one star horrible management dirty disgusting store. They also like to lock their doors early so you have to walk an extra two miles to get back to your car. Terrible retail establishment

The one stylist they have in Pro Style is in need of people skills. I stopped by to ask a question or two about getting a flat iron and was turned off completely by the one hair stylist on hand to answer my questions. Apparently she didn’t want to be bothered, because she answered exactly two questions and continued styling the hair of the customer in the chair. Needless to say I will trying my own skills at using a flat iron or searching for more personable, skilled natural hair stylist.

Just witnessed an altercation in the Lingerie Dept. on a busy Saturday afternoon. The manager pretty much just stood by and did nothing while a woman(using that term loosely) and man cursed each other out. Not sure why my daughter had to learn some«new words» while standing next to Fruit of the Loom undies! My co-worker told me about some microwaves that were on sale but they were nowhere to be found once I arrived. I looked around for at least 10 mins before I found somebody to help me and they had no idea what I was talking about. FAIL!!! Always packed! Long lines! You know the Walmart drill. I try to avoid coming here at all costs but it’s so close to me. I guess when you go to Walmart you know what you’re signing up for #ratchetness

I needed customer service and that’s exactly what I got. No long lines, no problem with my return. The transaction was smooth and easy. Took time to pick up a few items since there was no wait in customer service. The wait in line was even shorter. A rare good experience

It’s walmart. You can’t ever find anyone to help you, but you can get around on your own pretty well with the signs. The store is fairly clean, and seems to be in order. They do have great prices, which is why I sadly come back. Can’t help Being cheap.

It’s took 15min to checkout 7 items at the self express machine. The cashier was not very helpful and on top of that he barely knew what he was doing. As I continue to scan my items, the machine had several errors. I look around and I wasn’t the only one having the same problems with the self checkout machines. After 10min of waiting, he said that I would have to transfer my items to his register. So I did that and after that time he finally did his job and checkout my items from waiting up to 15min. –_–

Needless to say, I hadn’t seen any of the reviews before stopping at this store. That being said, my experience was nothing like many of them. I was at my chiropractor’s and had some time before lunch, needed a few things, so I went into this Wal-Mart to get them. It was my first visit. I found what I needed. The employees that I interacted with were pleasant and I was checked out quickly with only one customer in front of me in line and there weren’t any excessive lines at the checkout. I am definitely not afraid to throw Wal-Mart or anyone else under the bus. But, they have to deserve it. I avoid the store that is closest to my house if at all possible due to experiences similar to those described here. The store’s performance on the day of my visit could be an anomaly. But it is what it is.

For some reason when I want to get away from the«elements» I come to this location because it is not ghetto like the one on West Road/I 45 almost where I live. The are building a brand new one 5 minutes from my house(249) and I can’t wait till they get that one started. I will however know that even though even more convenient that the surrounding neighborhood is going to bring the new one constructing up down like a Titanic Mart. This seemingly peaceful location will still be on «to go to «list when I want to share the isles that aren’t as wierd as the one that I had to go to on West Road.

This Walmart is ghetto. The lines during lunchtime and after work are always way too long… and unbearable during the holiday season. It’s organized in a crazy way. I don’t know if they were remodeling or what, but things seem haphazard.
