I have no idea why they are closing this location, it does a ton of business. Granted it’s 20+ years old now, but seems strange to close a business in a prime location that does a ton of business. Probably due to the steady ghettofication of the entire 1960 area. Clearly they had a real issue with customer service here, but every time I’ve been there it’s packed and far preferable to the truly awful store on 290 and Tidwell, that’s the one that needs to close.

Normally I come in and go about my business and get out. It’s Walmart lol. Except this time i had a what the heck moment. My sister and I were given the dirtiest looks by an employee. My sister said excuse me and walked up to her. The employee was on her cell phone. Oops so sorry to bother you! Lol o want to get paid to be on my cell phone. Wow lol just wow

Normally I don’t give a place like Walmart 5 stars but I had a great experience… for the most part. It started with the manager Aisha on the jewelry side helping me locate an item that I was searching for. She went above and beyond my expectations to help me, even though she was unable to find it. I ended up being able to order it online and pickup in store. I don’t want to tank the review because of the store pickup was awful. I waited 10 – 15 minutes for someone to help me with many employees walking by. The guy who finally helped me had been there 5 years and didn’t seem too interested in helping. He made an offensive joke and I was not very pleased. I just wanted to get in and out with my purchase. I’m leaving this review as 5 stars simply because Aisha was amazing! Though I didn’t get to meet her, she left a very favorable impression on me for this Walmart location.

The workers are rude. They will literally run away in order to not make eye contact with you. They are clearly here to make their money and leave. And the place is disgusting. There was a fight in the parking lot one night with three people who seemed as though they were on something – quite odd. Any-who, make sure to go to the self checkout line or you will be standing in a line behind fifty two people at the only two opened registers.

Why do they call it speedy chexkout, if they put the slowest cashiers on these registers? I have been waiting in the 20 items or less line behind 2 people forever. Cashier is still on 1st customer. Their in-stock is horrible at this location as well

I mean what is there for me to say? It is Walmart and the only place open late, Not my fave place due to rude cashiers, dirty parking, restrooms, aisles, well pretty much everything is dirty. I only come here IF I absolutely have to!
