Maybe I have been spoiled by the goodness of cleanliness and shorter lines that I tend to run into in the Woodland, Conroe, and the Walmart of Silber road. Why oh why did my aunt have to stop in here? Store is a mess, lines are super long, not enough cashiers working and a group of young teen customers dropped ranch dressing on the floor right in front of us, that spilled all over our shoes, and their clothing. They didn’t do anything to assist to get it off, matter of fact, I was purchasing a box of wipes which I shared with them, and gave them hand sanitizer out of my purse because the young guy kept loudly screaming, how he hate the smell of ranch. I was tempted to go ahead and use more wipes to clean up the ranch dressing that a worker has now placed a basket in front of as she talked to her cousin and kept repeating that housekeeping better hurry up, she gets off in 15 minutes. Ugh, come on people their are customers in your presence do we need to know all of that, do we have to degrade each other which such nonsense that was showed because the older worker asked the young teens to watch their language because older people was in their presence. Ridiculous!

I’m always pleased with each visit here. The store employees are very nice and unlike most other Walmart locations will actually help you find an item and answer questions. I love coming here late night, it feels like I have the place to myself. No matter what time of day, here I have never seen the check out lines backed up due to lack of open registers. The store is always well stocked and clean. Beats the heck out of the neighboring locations.

So I will not write this review on the typical Wal-mart failures including no customer service, not enough lanes open, and sloppy store. If you value price more than any of the typical Wal-mart standards than you are going to be happy shopping at this location. What I think this location lacks more than normal is the lack of qualified employees that give a damn about the customers or there jobs. Every time I go there(which is not much) the check out people are complaining about hours, breaks, or management. I don’t feel like hearing it. One of the best things that we as Americans have is freedom. Included in the freedom is to leave a place of employment. The fact of the matter is if people are fed up quit working there eventually they will have to change the way the treat employees. More important than working there is Stop Shopping There. Guess what no customers no money. Employees at the Wal-mart put your money where your mouth is!!!

I hardly do negative reviews but this place is odd. It does not have a self service kiosk. It’s extremely understaffed so it will be difficult to find help. Eg: no maraschino cherries near the ice cream aisle — you have to go all the way down to the canned fruit aisle which is about 8 aisles down. Likewise they do not stock/restock well. When it’s busy, the place looks like a war zone with stuff not placed where they should be, or missing items on shelves. Otherwise, I’m going somewhere else unless I go shop on off-hours.

This Walmart is too small to be considered as a SuperCenter. Everything is so squeeze inside and employees are so rude and there’s never enough lines open. People are always lined up all the way to where the clothes is at. I wish this Walmart would be bigger and could have better customer service. By the way I don’t recommend people coming to this Walmart at night because it’s very messy and they’re always stocking up and there are only like two lines open.

This location is ok. Waaaaaay better than the HoodMart location off West Rd & I-45. This store tends to be pretty organized. The staff here are generally helpful. Only had 2 bad experiences & I think the person was prob just a natural B^&@#. My biggest complaint is the same I have for most Wal-Marts: 30 check out lines, but only 10 open at a time. Still don’t get that.

This store had it’s grand opening on 1÷25÷2012. As of yesterday 2⁄09 it is still in it’s stocking up stages do you will find the shelves and selections about 80% capicated stock as compared to the others, they are working on it though . The employees still need a little training about leaving a little walk way for the after hour customers to get by.
