The pharmacists at this location are real professionals. The store manager, Mr Carrizales represents his company well. When he knows that you like a product he makes sure he has it or tells you why his store does not have it.(Rainchecks, if allowed) That’s where the accolades end. Beware of the«new employee» in the pharmacy heavy-set with white gold hair. She has very poor customer service skills. I have been getting all maintenance prescriptions filled here since the Walgreen’s store located here. Today, I stopped by the pharmacy at 5:22PM(01/28/2013) to turn in my renewed prescriptions written from my last MD appointment. I stood in line behind one person for 5 – 7 minutes where there were 2 cashiers. Then, I moved to the vacant«Consultation» line to hand them my new prescription since I am on Auto Refill it will be four days before Auto Refills are due. The employee with the white gold hair said to me, «You need to get back in that line there’s someone ahead of you.» I said that I was not requesting a med to be filled. She began to talk about me in the third person saying, «I guess she wants me to stop helping this person to help her». About that time a young, polite Asian man stepped toward the Consultation window, asked if he could help me, accepted my prescription, initialed it, said“Thank you and I left the pharmacy area. When employees exercise this kind of behavior toward customers, it means that your patronage is not needed here. And yes, I do know that there are options.

Desperation.. .Fatigue.. Laziness… Short on time. That’s usually one of the words that applies to my momentary insanity to go into Walgreens. On my recent visit, it was pure laziness. I could have left my house a lot earlier and went to Target or WalMart, who would have a greater probability of having my particular product in stock. But NO! My lazy bum waited until nighttime to go to Walgreens only to discover it was sold out. I ended up going to three different stores that night to find what I was looking for(thanks CVS). In fact, I can’t think of a time when I went to Walgreens and found EXACTLY what I needed or wanted. Therefore, I suggest you quick run to the corner store should be CVS. No coupons to cut out the paper to save on sale items. This one in particular doesn’t carry anything!
