Do not go to the Memorial city mall location
I was in the memorial mall shopping and saw the store. My glasses were slipping down my nose, thought I would get my glasses adjusted. They broke off the left arm, bent them out of shape, curled the ear pieces beyond repair. They had crimped off sections like an octagon. The the lady handed back like nothing was wrong. I was so angry I left. I emailed their office and no one responded, I emailed the corporate office and no one responded. My Silhouette glasses were ruined.

I got an appointment today there for my eyes exam. I was so disappointed by how unprofessional the staffs are. They got my number down wrong, they should double check my number before I hung up. I thought that my appointment was all set up, but when I got there, they said there was something wrong with my insurance, and cant do the exam today. They wasted so much of my time, now it too late to set up another appointment somewhere else. Never come back here againz, so unprofessional and unfriendly., if there an negative star I would give a –5 stars.

When I first got my glasses few months ago, I was a very satisfied customer at this Westchase Visionworks.
Right after I picked up my order, I wanted a spare for reading and saw a fancy Guess frame. But it was gone a week later. A saleswoman offered to order it from its catalog and asked a supervisor to help her. I gave them my contact info and expecting a call in 10 days.
2 weeks passed, I went to the store. They had staff shortage — I never got helped and too many people waiting. A week later, I asked about my order and it took 3 people to search from drawer to drawer for that frame.
Finally, the lab tech told me that clearance items were limited on hand. He searched on its inventory system and found one at a nearby store. «Nice,» I said, «but I only have 30 minute before the store is closed.» Highland Village is 18 minutes away without traffic. It was impossible to make it there on a busy Saturday. So, he offered other styles. But nothing interested me.
After I talked to a sales person at Highland Village, I looked back at this Visionworks. I thought, «I’m done with them.»

Beware! The optician in in the lab is not always there. So same day pick up of your glasses is not always available. Store front personnel are discourteous, unattentive and not helpful. The staff does not work as a team to help others. Glasses are not ready when they claim to be ready. Much wasted time waiting for glasses that were not ready. Poor communication between opticians and front store personnel. This is the last time we will go here.

They have a lot of glasses to choose from. I’m only giving three stars because I’m not here for the full experience and can’t judge completely. It’s definitely more comfortable than tso… ANY tso. The super sexy lady at the desk when you come in makes it that much better. I hope she doesn’t read this while I’m in here.lol. Service is friendly so you’ll see me here again eventually. I had to add a star because they have me on point. I took an extra lap on my bike. I haven’t been able to see this well in a long time.
