I’ve been a patient at this location for about 4 years now and they never let me down. I can always call for last minute appointments and they will accommodate my crazy schedule. The staff and service is always great.

Greenway vision source is close to my workplace. I didn’t end up purchasing anything today but I will definitely go there for all of my vision needs. The manager was very kind and knowledgable!

I do not recommend this location for your eye care. The doctors and staff have entered incorrect information in their system on multiple occasions, creating confusion and slowing down what should be a quick and painless process. Even worse, my orders do not get delivered on the date promised, and there is zero communication to provide updates. I end up calling the office regularly searching for information. The staff has done nothing to improve or resolve the situation. With many eye care providers in the area(that are also more economical with better frame selection), there is no reason to settle with Vision Source.

I started going to this location because it was close to home. I waited about 15 minutes before I was taken back. Everyone was helpful. I LOVED Dr. Nasser. I felt very comfortable with him and he did a great job of explaining things to me. –1 star for frame selection, it was kind of bare and not many options of designer brands. I don’t seeing going anywhere else, unless Dr. Nasser retires.

I echo Sue S’s review. I’ve been there before when this Dr. Nasser character was an a rampage and his employees seem to suffer the brunt of his ill-tempered ways. I would advise patrons to find another location because I would not award a business my money if the owner cannot treat others with common human decency, least of all his employees. NEWSFLASHDR. NASSER, your employees are the heart of your business. You may think they’re replaceable, but quality employees are not and your business will eventually suffer because of your foolishness.

This was my second time here; before, my girlfriend wanted to look at some frames. But this time was my turn to look at some frames; the frames are nice and trendy. I am only writing this review to complain about the receptionist that works there. She said«hi,» and ask if we needed eye exams or anything, when we said«no» it was like she didn’t want to help us at all after that, like it was a waste of her time. All of the nice trendy frames are locked up behind the glass, and we asked if she could unlock it so we can take a look. She told us she will help us in just a minute and she never did. She went to the back and pretended to do something. We just sat there waiting, then finally someone else took charge, I think it was the doctor and helped us out. When he helped us out, she came back to her desk and sat down. He knew we were irritated. She was rude and incompliance. I am giving it TWO stars, only because… Never mind… I will now change it to ONE star.

I have worn glasses for the past decade or so, and I love them. I briefly dabbled with contact lenses in middle school before deciding they weren’t for me, but some recent changes in my life have convinced me to re-evaluate my options. One of my colleagues recommended Vision Source, and I was pleased to discover that this location was right around the corner from me. I called to make an appointment. My work schedule lately has not been very forgiving, and the girl I spoke with on the telephone, Nicole, accommodated me without any hesitation. They were fully booked for the day but she managed to find an opening, and I was there 30 minutes after I made the call. The girls that work here are wonderful-so sweet and efficient. Nicole did some preliminary testing on my eyes. She cleaned and disinfected all the machines, which I appreciated. After that, I met with Dr. Jacobson. He is very thorough, and definitely knows what he is doing. I was actually pretty nervous throughout the entire exam, but he definitely put me at ease. After my exam, I was given a few pairs of contact lenses to try. I mentioned I was slightly interested in colored contacts(I know, I’m so behind, that was so 2006) and Nicole was kind enough to offer me a sample of every color to try, just for fun. Your initial appointment will also include a follow-up appointment to ensure that your eyes are adjusting to your new contact lenses, and you are as comfortable as you can be. I’m not sure if this is standard practice for every office, but it’s a great idea. After wearing the lenses for a week, I found that my prescription actually needed to be tweaked a little. There is a great selection of frames here too, including designer frames like Chanel, Prada, Gucci, etc. The downside is, frames take a week to prepare with lenses.

I went in the southwest location and the white female did not even attempt to help me. Go somewhere else where they care about the customer

Expensive for an eye doctor when you can just go somewhere else and get an inexpensive exam or order from 1 – 800 contacts. Also, I ripped my last contact in the middle of finals for law school, and the office was very unsympathetic and unhelpful. The woman on the phone would not let me buy/have an extra contact until I came back in for an eye exam from them(paid them more money)…I said I would come in for an eye exam 4 days later after my last test, but she refused to help. I will finding another eye doctor.

It had been about 4 years since my last eye exam and my old glasses were so scratched up from being dropped on the asphalt and stepped on that I’d quit wearing them. So, reluctantly, I made an appointment at Vision Source only because they’re right across the freeway from where I live and I wanted the whole thing over as quickly as possible. The paperwork took about three minutes to fill out. They offer two optional procedures during the exam: dilation and EyeMap, both of which are explained by the technician. I stuck with just a plain old exam which was $ 25 after insurance. After the paperwork, the technician took me directly into the back to do all of the blowing and measuring. This took about 7 minutes and I noticed that before and after my face touched the equipment, she sterilized it! I could almost hear my heart singing. This is something I have never had done before and it added a whole dimension of professionalism to my experience. Dr. Jacobson saw me immediately. He was very personable and put me instantly at ease. After the exam, Dr. Jacobson walked me out and delivered me to David, who was to help me pick out my glasses. David was very helpful and talked just like Philip Seymour Hoffman, and he didn’t try to steer me outside my price range. He let me set the tone, and then did a wonderful job of showing me all the comparable options. Then we just focused on what looked good, and he was VERY good at that. He let me know when a pair was too small for my face, and found another that I liked even better. This in particular was very helpful to me since I always want glasses I saw someone on TV wearing(in this case, Dr. Cameron from House), and it usually turns out that that style does not look good on me. crap. Making the commitment to one particular pair of glasses is pretty nerve-wracking for me, so I’m glad I didn’t have to do it alone. They do advertise that they can do a complete pair for under $ 100, so I’m sure you can get the same kind of deals as the places in the mall. I went a bit higher than my past low-budget pairs(plus the aspheric lenses added to the cost), but I’m all grown up now and it was time. I had to wait almost a week(which was torture) to get my new glasses, but they’re open ’til 7pm most nights so I was able to head over right after work. They did a magnificent job and they look great. I’m so glad I decided to treat myself and my eyes to this kind of service, I will not be going anywhere else.
