Vision Optique

I visited this clinic for the first time today and had a new patient exam with Dr. Johnson. The office is very nice and conveniently located. The staff is helpful, friendly, and efficient. I was seen on time, and was able to do electronic paperwork prior to the visit.
I would say my experience with Dr. Johnson was the best eye appointment I’ve ever had (she is the third optometrist I have seen to date). She was very nice and thorough. She took the time to actually explain what she was doing and review the results of my exam. I highly recommend Vision Optique and Dr. Johnson specifically.
The doctors here accept my vision insurance in addition to several others. The doctors’ schedules seem to be rather busy, so if you are considering scheduling an appointment here, I would recommend planning ahead (I had to schedule about 1.5 to 2 weeks out).

I’ve been very happy with Dr. Owens since I started going to Vision Optique on a reference from a friend several years ago. He always takes plenty of time to explain things to me and laying out my options for me. I recommended him to others and continue to recommend Dr. Owens to anyone that I talk to about my eye care.

A friend recommended Dr. Lee, and I have found every wonderful thing she said about Dr. Lee to be true. Dr. Lee is extremely knowledgeable and up to date on the latest advances in eye care. She also took the time to get a complete history and understand my vision needs and challenges to come up with the right recommendations. Finally, Dr. Lee took the time to personally call and check in with me at home, which demonstrates her commitment to and care for her patients.
My previous eye doctor told me that I would be stuck forever in reading glasses, but Dr. Lee recommended multi-​focal contacts, which are amazing! With this vision solution, my every day life has dramatically improved. It took me a few weeks to get an appointment because Vision Optique is understandably in high demand, but it was definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend Vision Optique.

Came here for the first time for a comprehensive exam and will definitely return! Didn’t need to wait more than 15 min before I was called back for my appointment. Nice that they have a retinal scanner so no need for eye dilation and the subsequent post vision changes that follow!
I saw Dr. Johnson who was awesome — took the time to show me my retina pictures and even showed me my insurance benefits explaining everything.

Doctor Owens is the best eye doctor in Houston!
Been using him for many years and my whole family loves him and the office. Super friendly, professional and sweet. Life is to short for anything else.
They have update technology and always very efficient.
They email confirmation and accept of the appointment works great for me and my iPhone calendar.
I recommend them to all my friends and we will always be using them!

Best service in town and always professional. The staff is always wonderful when i come in. Angie has fixed my glasses several times in the last year, giving me a temporary parts until the part I need arrives. They have me as a patient as long as I am in Houston!

Always appreciate the professionalism and genuine care at Vision Optique. Although I now live on the west side of town I put up with traffic to drive to their office to maintain my eye care with Vision Optique.

I love Dr. Lee and Dr. Owens.
They are smart, friendly, and up to date on optometry.
They are both patient with me and my lazy eye, and they are also family friendly.
They have modern technology in their office and now I no longer need to have my eyes dilated!
Dr. Lee is also an expert at applying eye drops without smudging mascara. FABULOUS!

We always enjoy our eye check ups with Dr. Bradley Owens. He’s so interesting and so interested in us. He explains the exam results and our options for our vision so well.

I highly recommend Vision Optique and Dr. Angela Marcaccio. I got my full eye exam done and also selected a new pair of glasses within an hour. No wait time prior to seeing the Doctor (had filled my insurance and address details online prior to my visit) and courteous staff. Easy parking since its part of an open mall setup and they even have Saturday appointments. Pretty good glass collection as well.

Great place. I’ve never been so thoroughly described about what’s going on in my eye. The store is very neat, clean and professional. Only reason for less thans 5 stars…
–Had to wait 2 weeks to get an appt. they said I had to do it with a certain optometrist.
–wanted to get screen for LASIK, which they said they could do, but they could not (they technically just refer you to Texas Eye Institute anyway) because I has wore contacts within the last week.
Otherwise, all good. This is my new optometrist.

The experience starts right when you walk in. The place is clean and the people at the front are very friendly. I’ve never had to wait long.
Maybe it’s standard practice (?), but I love that they employee optometry students to get you going right away and to help with preliminary measurements.
Both times, I was seen by Dr. Owens. I cannot say enough about friendly and thorough he is. He made feel extremely comfortable, listened to all my input and answered all my questions. Granted, I am fortunate to have great vision, but I also appreciate that he makes recommendations rather than explicitly telling you and/​or coercing you into a purchase that doesn’t make sense for you.
In most Dr. offices you have to wait forever and then spend 5 – 10 minutes with the physician so they can usher in the next patient like herding cattle. Vision Optique is the antithesis of that experience. Truly incredible customer service.
I would highly recommend their team for all your eye care needs, but then it might be harder for me to get an appointment so I’ll refrain.

Dr. Angela Marcaccio is very friendly and thorough with her exam. My wife and I were very pleased with the service we received at this office.

I have been under Dr. Owens care for over 4 years and I will never leave him. Best care and service out there. I’m a cash customer, so it’s a bit more expensive than others out there but he does give a cash discount.

I’ve been wearing contacts and glasses for over 35 years and have been to countless number of optometrists. I’ve never had one explain things in such detail and as thorough as Dr. Bridgitte Lee. She is great and extremely knowledgeable in her field. I have already recommended several people to go see her. The office staff is very friendly as well.

Great office, staff and doctors. Dr. Owen and his team as excellent people to work with. Need a through eye exam, that’s state of the art and a fun environment to visit. You have to check them out.
I highly recommend Vision Optique

I’ve been under Dr. Owens’ care for more than 2 years, and I trust him completely with my overall optical health. His exams are concise and explanations clear. He has a lovely demeanor. I’ve recommended him to friends and associates. The office staff is on their game as well. Kelly has been a long time employee who gets things done right.
If I could offer one suggestion for improvement it would be to carry smaller frame size selections, specifically, size 49.

I went to Dr. Marcaccio and she was extremely friendly and helpful. She addressed all of my concerns, and the visit was quick and easy. Great office, the only issue at the time was that construction was being done on building a Subway next door, so there was a lot of drilling and hammering going on, making it hard to hear in the main reception area. Didn’t affect the actual appointment though!

Had a great experience here today! Easy parking, quick service (but not too quick), and friendly doctor. Saw Dr. Marcaccio. Nice lady, will visit again. Front desk staff was cheery and knowledgeable, too.

Vision Optique has incredible customer service, and I’ve actually never bought anything here. Now that I’m moving away, I really regret it.
The first time I visited, I asked to please buy glasses cleaner and some cloths. They said they didn’t charge and not to worry. Amazing. The second time, I asked them if someone could please help me adjust my new sunglasses and offered to pay, and they again would not let me. It’s hard to come by customer service like this anymore.
