I’ve been coming to London for over 4 years. She is an absolutely amazing and gifted colorist and Tracy is a fantastic stylist! Love them!

This place sucks if you want to go blonde! Do not let anyone touch your hair there because it will come out with yellow blotches. They have no sympathy if it doesn’t come out the way you expect.

I got my hair cut and highlighted this past Sunday and the color is not showing on underside of my hair even though I paid for full highlights then my haircut was uneven in the front. I didn’t really notice until I washed my hair and fixed it on my own but when I called the girl that answered was so rude. I explained that it was 1.5 drive for me to come back and I didn’t know if it was worth it considering they already messed up my hair and charged me way more than I’ve ever paid to get my hair done ($ 200). Her response was «soooo what do you want me to do about it?!» She could have offered a partial refund, scheduling me at another VC closer to my house, asking who helped me so she could get the issue at least addresses. Anyway, I said well maybe calling isn’t going to help since you can’t do anything to make me feel like you care. She laughed at me! I will never ever go back again. Terrible customer service

Went in with damaged, shaggy hair… a few hours later, left with the Best Haircut and Color yet !!! Yen did a great job getting the color exactly as I requested, as well as going the extra step to recommend a treatment which helped my hair to shine again. Tammy did a great job with my Haircut & Style. Would recommend this duo of Hair professionals to anyone !!!

Klaris is a wonderful stylist! I asked for a low maintenance cut and she delivered and then some — absolutely love my layered cut with bangs!
This is day 2 of my style, which held up well, including after a workout. I wanted to wash my hair and style on my own to see how it looked before reviewing, as I have had odd experiences where I noticed uneven sides afterwards. I am really pleased with the layers, bounce and final effect after air drying. Minimal effort but lots of body and style!

Not really a salon, but more of a spot for people to learn on you and sell stuff you don’t need. Sorry they don’t really care about the clients as much as they could.

I have to really Rave about a recent visit to Visible changes.
I usually just get a highlight and I only use London for that as she is a fabulous chemical specialists. She really talked to me about taking better care of my hair with top of the line hair care products because when you start to age your hair gets more dried out and coarse, because of the gray coming in. Especially when you are going to use bleach to highlight with. Which I didn’t know this and I tend to have dry hair anyw
ay.
Thanks London for you’re expertise and always making me feel so special. I highly recommend her.
Visible Changes got a Gem when they hired her!

I was very disappointed. It was the first visit there in years. But convenient hours for a working mom. I asked to get a wash and cut. My hair was just above the waste so I knew going in it would be somewhat of a shock… that’s ok I was prepared for a little shock. I was NOT prepared for the atomic blast.
Of course the hair wash was amazing. I think I could easily fall asleep in the chair. My stylist (Marlene) was polite. She had been with them a little over a year. During the conversation she asked all the right questions about products, family and etc. I even made the remark that my hair grows fast.
Now…before the cut, I presented a picture of the style that I wanted. Along with the statement that ALITTLE shorter would be ok. She said absolutely she could do that cut. So off she went. I made the remark a few times that it was a lot of cutting, but «I’m just evening it out some». Once she stopped I reached up to the back and said «OMG — it’s SHORT». Reply…“Oh, but you said it grows fast.”.
I’m hoping that when I post this that I can post the photos too.
So needless to say… I went out for a evening to do something for just myself. To do that ever so infrequent thing that I do. Then CRIED all the way home.
Yea me… :(

And I did try to keep this all in the family by emailing their site… but after a week no reply…

For the longest time I had never found a great Hair Stylist until I met Mary, She is by Far the best I have been with in many years and refuse to go anywhere else for a hair cut and don’t mind to pay more just to have my hair cut from her. She knows exactly what to do with my hair without me having to even say much. She is a sweetheart and has made her work more than just a job, She gets on a personal level with her clients, which I love since I feel at ease when she cuts my hair as If we had been friends for the longest. I Highly recommend Mary If your looking for a Superb Hair Stylist who is communicative and knows what she is doing. 5 Stars for her work and personality.

The ladies here did an excellent job I got my kids hair cut and my hair cut and the wait wasn’t long at all I payed 71 $ for 3 of us not too bad

They were snobby & not customer focused. They also claimed our Debit card wasn’t working. The front desk people were the reason I will never go back. The Manager and hair stylists were great tho. We ended up spending $ 8 to use the «convenient» ATM machine in the mall. Funny, our card worked at other establishments in the mall. Huh???
I would give 0 stars if they let us.

Theresa is the greatest! I always loved getting my haircut and she always made it perfect. I no longer live in Houston but wish I could fly there every week just to get a cut!

I have been coming to Visible Changes Willowbrook for the last couple of years. Mary has been my stylist from the start. She has always done amazing things for me and my hair lol. I love coming to this location specifically because if Mary. I moved about a year ago. I’m actually much closer to the location in the Woodlands but I refuse to switch salons because Mary is here. I strongly recommend Mary to anyone who is looking for a new stylist. She is patient and listens to what you have to day and delivers every time.

I have been coming to this salon for a year and I meet the most amazing hair stylist ever. His name is Oscar and he does any amazing job on cutting hair. I have never had a bad experience with him. I show him exactly what I want and he does it better then the pic. He even washes your hair. Cut and style and its very affordable. Now these days it’s so hard to trust someone with ur hair. If ur in need for a haircut I recommend u call and make an appointment with Oscar.

So I came back today to see what my options were in terms of fixing my hair without causing further damage. I had another colorist, Yen, work on my hair and she did a fabulous job! My hair looks so much better and the manager was so nice and helpful! He went above and beyond. I have my 25^th Birthday, Easter and Internship Interviews coming up in the next couple of weeks so I’m incredibly thankful they were willing to work with me.

Ashley Thorne is an amazing not only hair stylist, but an amazing friend. She is so valued and fun! I had an idea of what I wanted to do with my hair and she gave me her honest opinion and recommended another haircut I hadn’t even thought of before! I absolutely love it and EVERYONE has commented on how great my haircut was and asked who did it? I refer everyone to Ashley because I know she will do an amazing job and you’ll have a lot of fun in her chair. Love!

It seems as though everytime I come here I have to come back multiple times to get my hair fixed.
The last time I went was absolutely the worst. I Ask the stylist to give me an ombré. She assured me she could do it. I went home that night and found it was was too dark and there was no gradient. I went back to days later and gave her a specific example of how I wanted it. She lightened up my hair but gave me highlights not an ombré and completely fried my hair. There was blonde bleached hair all over my bangs and the color wasn’t evenly distributed. I went back a third time and she tones down the color but it was still out of control, I gave up and started braiding my hair.
My hair was just absolutely terrible and I’m not ever going back.

I’ve been here so many times. At least 100 times. I’m finally rating this a one star because I never feel like what I paid for was deserved. I’m not cheap. I will spend whatever it takes for my hair to look good.
I went with Jessica today for my hair color. Last time she did my roots and this time she did my highlights. She’s supposed to be one on the top level or near the top level but what I don’t like is that I didn’t see her checking on my hair color after the rinse out. She didnt check last time either. Usually when people color my hair I’m used to them checking my hair color and asking me how I liked my color. I just thought it was weird that after she colors my hair that I don’t see her. I don’t feel like paying money for that kind of service.
I used to go here long time ago and I would have Mara as my stylist to cut my hair. She’s one of the top levels too. I really do not know what makes a person worthy of top level here but I can tell you I never got a compliment everytime I got my hair done here at a top stylist. The only time people complimented my hair was when I got my hair cut my one of the low end stylist once because I was being cheap. That was only one time also. She cut my hair short but did it dramatic and it looked great. She knew what would work. Too bad I don’t remember her name. I’m just really unhappy with the service and cuts I’ve recieved here. The whole experience is very impersonal. I’d rather go to someone that takes their time and actually cares to see if i like my hair.
Won’t be going here again.

I’ve been coming to VC for a couple years now and they never disappoint. I’ve probably gone to 3 different stylists here and they were all friendly and professional. They sure know how to talk you into their products. I’ve bought shampoo/​conditioner, serums, and hairsprays from them. And I still use these products today.
I always leave happy with my new do! My last few trims/​cuts have been with Klaris, and shes awesome!
FYI, bang trims are complimentary!
Oh yea, I also got highlights here a couple months ago and they did an awesome job, I still get compliments on them today, people think they are natural! woooot :) Thanks Visible Changes!
I’ll be returning of course, VC is offiially my go-​to salon!
