I usually just stop in and choose my size bra and leave when I do go. Today I tried on a newer bra and it didn’t fit right. Haley fitted me and to my surprise I went down a whole cup size. While I was being helped Haley was also juggling between several other customers and she still managed to suggest, customer service and also point me in the right direction. I’m glad I happened get her help!
VS always has promos as well and today I got two gift cards for future use!

Went to exchange my online purchased items, the staff acted like I was giving them trouble. Ok, I know it’s extra work, but at least act like you are dealing with a customer.
It’s your F ing job, face it.
