I HATE this post office. The few occasions I’ve risked my sanity by going in, I’ve been treated poorly, been handled with ignorance, and made to wait unbearably long while lost packages are located. They are disorganized and, true to USPS office form, horribly rude.

Worst post office I have been to. Horrible service. Employees act like you aren’t there and don’t want to help. Use another post office.

Worst postal services ever !! I’ve made several complaints on whoever is delivering mail to my subdivision is always giving me my neighbors mail & vice versa !!! This is the 2^nd time I track my package & it says delivered just to find out it wasn’t delivered to me ! It doesn’t even deserve 1star.

Worst Post Office ever. In the last 3 weeks they have lost or mis-​shipped 3 out of 3 of my packages. 3 out of 5 days a week they are not able to make it to my office before we close for the day. Total and utter incompetence. The only thing the USPS is good for is delivering Birthday cards and Junk mail. I Always get my Junk Mail. Typical Government Operation.

Wow! This is a horrible location. There isn’t anyone ever available. As I’m writing this review its lunch time and the line is out the door. Guess how many people are working the desk??? One! There are 4 stations. Someone even walked out, looked at everyone lined up, and walked to the back. The only reason I’m in line is because I need to send ONE letter. They do not have machines that sell stamps in the hallway. Thank goodness the woman who helped me, Denise, was very sweet.

Service is usually fast and friendly for me here. Visited at noon on a Tuesday and was able to get in and out quickly. Requested a supply of mailing forms for my office which the counter attendant provided with no issue.
If it hadn’t been for the cute little girl and her ear piercing blood curdling nauseating screams that her mother has apparently leaned to ignore (though in my opinion you’d have to be dead or in a coma to not be bothered by it) my visit would have been perfect.

The past times I’ve been at the post office, everything was fine and dandy. The employees were very nice but today was a different story. The old Indian lady with the short hair & glasses really treated me like I was a dumb individual. She had the nerve to say «you have to pay for the envelopes by the way» Ummmmm… no shit?! Way to state the obvious.
She also wouldn’t allow me to use a few strips of tape, she tried to force me to buy their «first class» tape. I decided to go out to my car to use my own tape. I come back and she’s still trying to talk to me dumb. Also she had the nerve to make it seem like I stole their tape. Then she took my packages and slammed it on the weight scale. Now I’m here praying she won’t tamper with my stuff when I leave.
M’am if customer service isn’t for you, GET ANOTHER JOB. I usually don’t make a scene but I had to today.

What used to be the occasionally mis-​delivered mail (same number, different street,) has turned into an ongoing joke. I routinely get a neighbor’s mail from the block behind me. My next door neighbor routinely gets mail from another person on that block behind. And today I got a DIFFERENT neighbor’s mail … from my own street! We all have to communally sort and redeliver mail at least once a week. Lucky we all know each other, but it makes everyone wonder how much mail just goes into random mailboxes farther away!

Awful customer service called in checking on a package that was suppose to be delivered today. The guy on the phone got very aggressive with me when they said they don’t have my package when it «CLEARLY» says held at post office on my tracking. I literally don’t recommend this post office at all to anyone you can take my word on that

This location has RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went inside and stood there waiting for a good 10 minutes with other customers just standing there waiting. The station for all the flat rate boxes, was out. The staff didn’t want to refill the station. So then when they finally decided to help me, I asked for the flat rate medium box. The lady didn’t want to refill it. She then told her coworker to give her one. He proceeds to say that there’s a bunch in the back. And yet she dares turn around and tell me that they didn’t have anymore and just get the next biggest box. Like how hard is it to go get another box? And this isn’t just s one time thing. Everytime I come here, they always take there time before they even take me in. Then they always talk to me in a demeanor tone. Might as well just go to UPS

As far as post offices go, this isn’t the worst one I’ve ever been to. Are they clear about their hours? No. Are the various methods of shipping easy to understand? No. Is there sometimes a very long, slow moving line? Ohhh yes.
However there is usually one lady there who is friendly and helpful — she’s the only one that makes this location tolerable to me. I wouldn’t go so far as to say I ‘like’ having to make an appearance here, but I still loathe the DMV more.

VERY VERY BAD SERVICE, DO NOT BOTHER TO GO TO THIS POST OFFICE UNLESS YOU LIVE IN THE ZIP CODE IT COVERS AND YOU HAVE NO CHOICE.
Mail carrier failed to pick up package even though I had a pick-​up confirmation from USPS and carrier left mail in the mailbox. Do not count on your carrier to pick up packages if you live in the 77 043 zip code. Either weigh your package and do your own shipping label so you can just leave your package on the counter or go to another post office to mail it or you will be waiting for a very long time in line at Emnora station. Recent Friday afternoon after 4:00, about 25 people in line. Many come here to mail money to family in Mexico after they get paid, so it is always busy at that time. Only 1 person working. Used to have 2, with 1 always rude. I finally asked to speak to a supervisor and was directed to pick up window. As I walked up, 7 people in line, someone speaking with a customer slammed the window in her face.
Now package on 2-​day Priority Mail will be very late per tracking. Left main Houston Sorting Facility 5:24 a.m. Thursday and didn’t get logged in at Emnora as being received until 10:16 a.m. Friday, 29 hous later! Looks like someone is falsifying tracking info to me. 29 hours to get from one location in Houston to another? Traffic isn’t that bad. This place needs a new Postmaster and employees who do their jobs!

Been here over an hour at the pick up window. Still here. Worst service ever. Lazy and incompetent individuals running this place.
Not like there aren’t enough staff, I’ve counted over 15 people. Just no one can help me.

This PO saved my trip. I had to travel in a time crunch and needed my sons passport, and all the PO in my area required appointments. The US Department of State website (and personnel) suggested I come here because they don’t require appointments. Wrong, they do.
The person behind the blue door informed me the department of state had outdated info. I was on the verge of tears, so she told me to go inside and ask if they would do it. The gentleman working there had compassion and helped me out. Thank you so much for bailing me out in that situation!

Mail lady that delivers leaves notices for signed delivery in mail box when I’m home. She’s to lazy to walk to my front door. Not gated property and my door is within 50 feet of my box. Makes me drive to post office to signed and pickup. Why do I pay for delivery times? Today as usual on Friday she takes my mail home intended only deliver on her way as she has said before, but, after she marks delivered on multiple items then may bring Saturday. Wtf I paid to have it Friday, she scans delivered and doesn’t bring to my address!

I HATE this post office.
I totally get that they have you zoned based on zip code but it makes ZERO sense to me why this post office is my base office when there is one right across the street from me. I literally have to go out of my way to go pick up packages when they are delivered and I am not home.
The hours on the recording are NOT the same as the hours posted… actually there aren’t even any hours posted because they faded off the ghetto sign that is on the door. If you ring and stand there or knock until your hand falls off, STILL NO ONE WILL COME.
This is the most rotten post office in the history of all post offices.
It is sooooo beyond frustrating when you can’t get anyone to help you when they are holding your packages hostage.

The people here are a bunch of lazy POS who don’t believe in working period. I’ve called them several times to track down a package that was supposed to be delivered and they constantly put me on hold for no reason for over 10 mins at a time. Call back and the guy picks up after 2 rings but still puts me on hold. Ughhhh CHANGE THE STAFF ALREADY. I’d go to the damn post office if I thought these assholes would come to the door when I ring it.

Horrible service today. I’m at the pick up window and I’ve pressed the bell 3 times, keeping my finger held longer every time. Still no one comes to the door. Very bad service. Lazy people.

I don’t know why the USPS still exists when private corporations like UPS and FedEx do it better, with no attitude, better service, and more on time delivery. I doubt anyone will cry if the USPS ever ceases to exist… not even their miserable employees. If you are a miserable, grouchy, rude person, then you too can easily be hired on by USPS.
I only use this location because it is where my large parcels and certified mail are delivered, otherwise, I would never step foot in here. I personally hate visiting any USPS location because it is the same thing over and over: rude and slow moving employees, smelly buildings, and sometimes smellier customers.
I’m a frequent visitor here, but only because I use the drop box to mail birthday, anniversary, holiday, graduation, and special occassion cards. Otherwise, I avoid having to deal with the surly employees as much as possible.
The only nice thing I have to say is that I used to have a mail carrier that was super friendly, which is why she probably doesn’t work there anymore. No one that actually has a personality and is nice will be able to last with the Postal Service.
