U S A # 1 Nails

Alright here we go… I’ve been coming here for 3 yrs, & this business has fallen off. The guy there that does my nails the way I like has become very very rude. They barely speak any more or make eye contact. I never let them do any type of pedi because they dont seem to clean any of the foot equipment. I was there a few days ago for the first time in 4 mos. The guy took off my acrylic with his sharp finger nails (not the proper way to remove). He ran over my skin several times. Over charged me more than he ever has. Ive always paid 12 – 15 for an overlay. He charged me $ 18 for overlay, $ 5 for removal and the reg amount for my eyebrows. He did not ask me if the amount was ok before he ran my card. Once he was finish with my nails he walked off, did not say thank you or have a good day. The real issue was a woman from the past night came because he rushed her out the door the night before. She came back very polite like to ask them to take off the polish and buff her nails. He was very rude to her and tried to charge her $ 5 to repaint (they informed her after they took off the color). He wouldnt talk to her he only kept talking in his native tongue and never looked at her. Long story short she apologized to me for cutting into my time, I told her no problem I can understand. Im pretty much sure he was upset beacuse I agreed with the lady and charged me for her $ 5 that she did not give. One thing I can say is the lady was very smart she got up smiled and walked out of there, and told them bye in a nice tone. Smart women, never go to this place they dont care about your health, feelings towards wanting to be pampered or anything else. Saving a couple dollars is not worth it.
