U-Haul Moving & Storage at Veterans Memorial

On line the night before, it looked like the new on Louetta near 249 had tons of equipment, in actual fact when I arrived, they had very little and not the 5×10 I ordered.
** I feel this was done intentionally by Uhaul to make it look like the equipment I needed was right around the corner. **
When I showed up to pick it up I was then told my order was moved further away in the wrong direction (closer to Spring Texas). The friendly clerk at the Louetta location found me another unit on Perry Road. I the received a call from Me. Kahn Munir who let me know there was no equipment either at the Perry Rd site and then directed me to this location at Memorial Vet.

I was now 1.5 hours late getting my day started.
I asked Mr Munir if I could drop the equipment off on at the Perry location which he said OK. He also offered to pay me $ 50 which was OK, however my missed time was more valuable.
Once I got to Perry Rd at 9am the next day, they told me they only take trucks (it was a storage unit with limited parking) and to take the trailer to the location on 1960.
At 1960, they took the equipment. They were friendly, however, my order was so messed up they could not give me a receipt.
