I took my 20044Runner to Tully on a recommendation from a friend, and had a fantastic experience. Gus was able to fit me right in and trouble shoot my «check engine» light and replace my catalytic converter. He stayed well within his estimate, and explained all of the issues with my car very thoroughly. The service was top notch and I’ve had no issues with my car since my visit. Thank you Gus and the Tully team!

Gus is such a great guy and delivered excellent service at a very reasonable price! He works very hard to get every car in and out the same day(whenever possible) and did just that for me. He carefully looked over all the major systems of my car and replaced things I needed, but didn’t ‘go after me’ for unnecessary or extravagant items. He called me to keep me up to date on their progress throughout the day. I also needed an inspection, which he couldn’t do, but he immediately recommended the Jiffy Lube right down the street and said«Tell them Gus sent ya!»…he gets nothing from them or vice versa, it’s strictly about helping the customer. It was like stepping back into time when customer service was top priority. My car runs WAY better and I feel very secure in having an honest, capable mechanic that’s also conveniently located. I would definitely recommend Tully Auto and Gus to anyone!

I have to give Tully a 5 star review, I waited a couple of days to make shure the work they did was good because of the retarded cheap price they gave me, I got quoted 700 $, 450,530 $ for a timing belt job with extras and Tully quoted me 350 to do the timing belt and all the cam seals, crank seal and balancer shaft seal on my 98 prelude sh, the other shops wanted to charge extra to put the new valve cover gasket even tho they were already there, Gus called me and asked me for the valve cover gasket and said he was gonna put it on @ no charge… they have a small shop but the work they do its great I rarely take my cars to mechanics because we all know 90% of them are no good and they take you for a ride!!! thank you Gus and the guys @ Tully for making my first mechanic experience a good one!!!
