Do not hire this attorney !!! My divorce was so much worse and more expensive due to this lawyer. She charged as much money as possible from myself and extended family. In my opinion she collaborated with the judge and opposing attorney. So, don’t be fooled by awards that she claims to have achieved. She also has a degree in Drama which she uses well with her clients and the court room. So, find a attorney that will be on your side and is trust worthy.

I heard about her online because I just moved to the Houston area and didn’t know anyone to ask for a referral. She was way overpriced, didn’t know basic questions (my ex was military and she didn’t know if child support would include his basic housing allowance) and she didn’t listen to her client. For example, I hired a parenting plan mediator and we spent a ton of money on that and gave Norma the final parenting plan documents and when she drafted the final decree, she forgot to include the parenting plan. meanwhile, she had to write a new final copy, and I’m paying for all of this. This divorce should have been so much less expensive since my ex and I agreed on everything but it cost almost $ 5000 charged by Norma. If I could go back in time, I would have hired someone more young and eager.
