I really hate to bad mouth a company that has helped so many, but everyone needs to know they will not be there for you after they make a mistake. I had the lap band 4 yrs ago, I only had it in for 29 days and then they had to remove it. It had slipped almost immediately but they thought it might go back into place, No, what it did was completely erode and chew up that part of my stomach. I had to wait 4 years for it to heal completely. Contacted them to see what my other options were and they said they did not have anyone able to work on me after what I went through. So they refereed me to a specialist. Way to go TRUE RESULTS,

The NP’s are overall friendly and the receptionists are great. I had previously had mixed reviews trying to get an appointment at the 2-​week mark as my goal is to lose weight, when in need of fills, waiting 3 – 4 weeks is not productive. With my prior concern the director of TR, Jason reached out to me and was able to quickly resolve my appointment setting. I’m grateful for this change and the service provided. I choose to drive from The Woodlands to this location simply for the staff! Thank you for everything.

I had surgery at this location and Dr Marvin was excellent. There was very little pain and I was moving around in no time. Most doctors make you do a two week liquid diet and the two more weeks of liquid. I was able to eat normal up to 24hrs before the surgery and ate pureed foods a week later. After the surgery, I had no complications and began to heal pretty quick. Dr Marvin is excellent but you still have to follow the rules to avoid complications.
I also had to spend the night in the hospital and the two people who stayed with me were excellent! They made sure I was comfortable and had me doing laps to relieve the gas from the surgery.
If your seeking weight loss surgery, I highly recommend Dr Marvin and his staff. They know what they are doing and walk you through the process the entire way.
