Trimmers Barber Salon

If I could give this salon/​shop 0 stars I would have!!! From day one my experience was not satisfying with Tieaira aka Tbabystyles!! First and foremost I made a appt. around early October for October 24,2015 at noon. A couple days before my appt I even confirmed and had to call for questions, and concerns I had, so at this point I should have been notified that my schedule paid appt would be rescheduled due to the stylist scheduling a photo shot on the same day and time of my appt. Instead I found out on the day of my appt that she was not in town (major inconvenience being that I had other engagements that I had committed to and now couldnt hold up to them since I was stood up by the stylist) At this point I was understanding because I know things happen and it is what it is! So I got over it. But if you gonna be nasty about the situation then heyyyyy let me keep going there!!! Alexis her appointment setter was very helpful and professional up until today November 16,2015 yes it’s been about a month and I have yet to receive my refund so that is the purpose of this post. Anyways back to Alexis, via phone she had the nerve to tell me today «next time get your money back right away bc it’s been 3 – 4 weeks and we forgot about it!!! (I attempted to get my refund a week later by the way) Okayyyyy your point is. Oh yeah you don’t have no point soooo anyways I went into the shop that morning around 945 where Tieaira was doing hair on a client, and she was very rude and unprofessional at this point. My thing is your mad and I can’t understand why your mad??? Bitch you owe me money for scheduling a appt and being out of town during the time of my appt so you mad for whatttttt ohhhhhh my bad you working inside a barbershop 6 days a week in a little 4×4 box so I guess that’s why you mad, but that’s not my problem!!! So she told me to wait til she was finish with the client she was working on to pay because she didn’t have change!!! Bitchhhhhhh so u think Ima wait til you finish working to get «MY MONEY» ummmmmm you got me messed up!!! I’ll come back! I hate to be ugly about this situation over $ 25 but at this point it’s not even about the money anymore it’s the principle, and since she was so rude now you dang right I want my money!!!

I don’t believe in judging a barber until he’s had an opportunity to get to know your head/​hair and most importantly… your style.
This is a small barbershop with 2 chairs near the Med Center.
Came here a few times for a fade (3.5 on top) and edge-up…and each time my hair cut looked different.
I cant live with an inconsistent hairstyle so I won’t be coming back.
