I cannot see how this shop right around my house has survived over 10 years. Two different incidents happened to us here. My mother got the oil in her car changed one time and guess what? As she was driving out on the freeway the car started acting up and smoke started bellowing from under the hood. Upon checking to see what happened we found out that THEY FORGOT TO PUT OIL IN THE MOTOR!!! Not good
Another time was when I took my car in for some work that I have since forgotten but remember this one because it costed me a lot of inconvenience. I had a car that would lock it’s doors if you were driving and would unlock when you shut it off. Well the mechanic obviously in a blazing hurry got frustrated when the door would not open because it was locked man handled/​jerked the door handle open and ripped it out of it’s place! He laid it kind of hanging in it’s «socket/​slot» and pretended nothing happened. When I got in my car to leave and did not notice this until I got out after my stop, the handle which was already unattached came out of course. The mechanic «gator» denied any incident of this nature.
The big inconvenience that I will never forget about this place? Because of that, if I want to leave my car for something while the car is running I would have to roll the window down, shut off the car so it would unlock and open the door from the outside. Do think that would not proturb one after a few days of having to do this?
