Well, after about $ 10k worth of warranty and body shop work dropped at your facility I believe it’s time for an update. Getting that 5 star is really hard to get especially for a dealership but judging from what I have experienced at another Cadillac dealership I believe even though this is out of my way it warrants an update since I also have another service representative I would like to mention. Mr. Anders would you please step right up? Since seeing this guy new a few months ago I kind of brushed him off(what an ignorant thing I did) and went to my usual advisor Bill but with Bill being out when I’m there and vice versa Mr. Anders has taken me by the noose and even upgraded my senses into knowing that I’m in good hands with my car here. Do not get me wrong, ol Bill is still a great service advisor, but Mr. Anders also has informed me of some options that I could follow(not getting into detail) to get my car back to where it belongs. Your loaner car department is still wonderful and because of your loaner car program, you can guarantee my car will go here even if it costs me an arm, leg, and thigh. I still love eating your freshly baked cookies, playing around on your coffee/hot chocolate/cocoa machine all while wiping my face with that high-grade paper towel that would put the bounty to shame. Your restrooms are still kept in a very clean presentation, but there are two things that you would work on. 1) It is very hard to find a parking place when you want to drop your car off so forgive me if I have to leave it in the middle of your driveway until I can get it in. 2) I must have walked around your showroom for about 15 minutes and not once did anybody approach me to see if I was interested in looking at a car and probably trading mine in. It’s ok, we all have our days and nobody, no place is perfect. Thank you again for your loaner car program mostly, it has saved me time and big headaches even if it takes them long to get my car back, but I’m not fretting, you’ve got it all handled. P. s. Piss off David Taylor Cadillac, you need to read these reviews their customers have and learn what Mr. Peacock is doing right.

I absolutely love this place. This is my first cadillac purchase and the service is unbelievably awesome. They attend to your every need for your car and make sure you are totally satisfied. The service manager Bill, is such a people person and geniune. He said anytime my car needs routine service to text him and he will come and pick it up and drop off a loaner car. Wow! My salesman, Tommy, is really good and down to earth and no pressure at all to make a sale. He gave me his cell phone #and told me to call him anytime I can’t figure out how to make something work in my new caddy and I have had to do that more than once. This caddy has so many incredible features that it is hard to learn them all, but I am working on it. I am thoroughly enjoying my new caddy and the service I am getting from everyone at Tom Peacock. I highly recommend them and my salesman Tommy Simon. Even the Sales manager is on point. I had an incident with a bad door ding that took the paint off and the sales manager took care of it, no problem at all. Way to go Tom Peacock.
