Today’s Vision Downtown

I liked Dr Kong but some on their staff are flaky and that’s why I deducted a star. I called for a quote on a backup pair of contacts I had bought from them. The person who answered the phone changed the price like 5 times over the phone and it kept going up each time. What started out at less than $ 70 ended at almost $ 250. By the end I had lost all confidence, and decided to call around to other shops for a quote. She didn’t seem to care when I told her.

I have been coming to Today’s Vision for over ten years. I was a preteen then and have never even thought of going anywhere different even with the change of staff and location. I have always seen Dr. Chow she’s the best. Always makes me comfortable,!doesn’t rush the appointment ever, even when I’m running late. She always quick with conversation and somehow keeps track of what I had updated her with from the previous year. She listens intently as I blabber on and never seems annoyed. They have a decent selection of frames. Once the appointment is over and everything is ordered they make sure to get it to me ASAP. Before leaving with new glasses they make sure they fit properly and if anything happens to them they are quick to get them sent off or fixed. I have never once had an issue with Today’s Vision or the excellent staff! Definitely the place to see for all your vision needs.
