Customer service is wonderful. I have a mailbox and I’m always working or in class, and it’s difficult sometimes to get there before they close because I’m stuck in evening traffic. They understand my situation and try to accommodate, especially if it’s a RN textbook I needed for class. It’s a great small business, and if your trying to send things off they’ll pull up prices and services so you can choose how you want your things shipped. There’s other services such as gift wrapping, notary, shred bin, etc. Experience wise it’s the service you want w/o the long line at the Post Office.

I had an issue, Tam and Ann worked diligently to correct it to the best of their power. I received a full refund on a botched transaction. I appreciate their later efforts to resolve the situation. They will do all they can to help fix a issue if they are truly responsible. Past experiences were excellent!

This little neigbhorhood mail-it-shop has the best customer service! Plus you can rent a PO box with a physical address, which means there is someone always there to sign for your packages. The staff is always helpful and willing to go above and beyond. Here’s an example. Recently I sent a return via UPS but didn’t keep a copy of the tracking number. The receipient(Costume Discounters) claimed they’d never received the return and UPS wouldn’t help without a tracking number. Tamara at Wrap-n-Mail went through 3 days of UPS shipment to track down my tracking number for me. Only after I produced the tracking number did Costume Discounters suddenly realize that they did in fact have the return. So Tamara at Wrap n Mail saved me untold hassles and $ 119 to boot!
