I have lived at Villages of Briar Forest for 5 years and love it. I work in the Energy Corridor so this location is perfect for me. Almost everything I need is very close. The apartments are well maintained and the office staff are great. They are all very friendly and very helpful. It’s a great place to live.

We’ve moved here recently in January and so far it’s been very pleasant and quiet. Love that the grounds are kept beautifully. Peaceful people through out the community, and very friendly maintenance crew. Nearby shopping and restaurants are very nice and there’s also great parks in the area. Parking is a bit crazy, especially if you didn’t rent out a car port or a garage. Their visitor parking policy is kind of a hassle but I guess it’s good to keep unwanted solicitors out. Definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

I lived here a year, and lived here a few years ago as well. Parking is really competitive, don’t stay out past 8pm unless you have a paid for spot or garage. Other than that, brilliant location off of highway 6, 24 hour Krogers 3 minutes away, and major shopping areas withing ten minutes away. Beautiful parks nearby, and neighbors are pretty quiet, a lot of families go here so their kids can go to Barbara Bush Elementary.

I have lived at the villages of briar Forest for a year and a half. Over that time I have had no serious complaints! The community is quiet and in the managers always make sure that maintenance is done with a quick turnaround. Their prices are wonderful and in a part of Houston that is booming with new apartment homes recently, that are way overpriced. The only small issue I have is parking but, parking has been better in the last few months. Overall I have a wonderful apartment at the villages of briar Forest and thinking about moving is not an option right now.

These apartments are adequate. They service the apartments to fix broken facilities reasonably fast. Parking is very crowded; good luck reserving a spot close to where you live. Late fees are applied very quickly, but when I moved out it was nearly 3 months before I got a deposit back after spending a lot of my own time complaining about it.
