This store definitely cares about their customers when they enter until they leave. One day I was so stressed with a package that I needed to send out and had no box or packing materials. I’m not experienced in protecting fragile items or shipping. But the big guy their and his co-​worker helped get me the best rates by finding the smallest box needed. I think they’re at a good location, easy to find near Randall’s on Clear Lake City Blvd, and Space Center. I come here every time I ship to my friends & family!!!

So recently my gf had to mail a few boxes to her brother in the military. They were bigger items, gifts for the kids. I am super savvy with smaller items and shipping due to ebay/​amazon and the sorts but bigger stuff I don’t have boxes for. Since her brother was going to be paying for it anyways she decided to come here. At first I thought she was talking about one of those mailing places that jack up the prices, but this was a legit UPS store.
They took care of her, packaged it well, and gave her normal rates. If I am in clearlake and need to mail a large package with no packing supplies, I would just let these guys handle it. Takes the headache away.
