I lived here back in 2014. Everything is fine here. One problem I found was akward, that one of the managers went to my patio started snooping around. A friend lefted a bud outside on my patio, (without my awareness). He didn’t know what happen to it. Looking around blaming everyone. She told me a week later, she said she stepped in our patio and snooped around & found it. So, there’s «NO PRIVACY». They will snoop when your not home. Be careful what you have on your patio, or if someone leaves behind without your knowledge. They will look in your patio and take it. Always a reminder «««Your just renter, its NOT your home.»»
That’s when I fixed my credit and bought me my own HOUSE. Otherwise, it was ok here.

I wish I did not have to rate the Roach Motel Redfords but they are very unsanitary with all the dog crap all over. I thought when you clean the apartment like you received it you are in title to your deposit back they will find any excuse to not give it back

Terrible customer Service! I just got off the phone with the leasing guy his name was John. He was very rude and when I said bye he just hung up the phone didn’t even bother to say goodbye I usually don’t care about these kind of things but it was just very extremely rude I thought I had to share it. I was very interested in this complex but my pride will not let me lease with them!
