Terrible attitude by the staff. From the doctor I saw, to the medical records staff, they were consistently rude & dismissive. They conducted a unnecessary and uncomfortable test without telling me what they were doing or explaining why and they LOST my MRICD. When I asked for my records to move on to another doctor, I was given the run around and required to pay $ 15 for the release of my own records. On top of which, they didn’t forward all necessary parts of my records, including my MRI images(because they lost them). I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

Had my scan read by a third party without my consent, so a large extra fee was tacked on to the already large bill. Results were inconclusive, and given to me by a receptionist who could answer none of my questions. This place is more interested in your wallet than actually finding out what is wrong with you. Staff were very friendly but that counts for nothing if they won’t help you.

Receptionist was fast and friendly. We have an 8:30 appt and waited just ~3min, which we were filling out paperwork. Dr. Cherches and his staff was very friendly and keep us inform of what they’re or will be doing. We appreciate that since this was our first time. The office is in the same building as «Prosperity Bank», we passed by it at first but it was a good thing because we found a free parking area just around the corner on Greenbriar and N. Braeswood Blvd. This parking strip was filled by the time we get out at 9:30.

After I started getting frequent headaches, my brother(a neurology resident here in Houston) recommended me to see Dr. Steve Lovitt at the Neurology Center. They seem to be an «appointment-only» place, since the soonest I could have seen him was about two weeks out from when I called for an appointment. The clinic is very easy to find, as it’s right off of Main Street. However, you do have to pay for garage parking, but it’s not too expensive. Although the reception staff weren’t too friendly(I’m used to and like the Texan hospitality), they were very prompt in service. For a Tuesday afternoon, the waiting room was pretty packed, but I got right into a patient room as soon as I filled out the papers. Dr. Lovitt is very personable and friendly. Even though I knew he had a full room of patients to see, he took the time to really figure out what my headaches were all about. He was very efficient in patient evaluation and very thorough in taking patient background. Turns out I have migraines, he said, but he was happy to have me follow-up with him over the next few months. Overall, this is a great clinic that’s very efficient in service. You’ll be in and out of there quickly, unless you get extra labwork done at Quest Diagnostics in the same building(but that’s another review to write!).
