The Diamond Hill at Westheimer

I thought I liked this place. Now I’m starting to dislike it. When I moved in I had no electricity in my living room, dining room and or kitchen. Took them 2 weeks to finally get it fixed. Very dirty complex. Someone who lives in the complex had a party and there were broken glass bottles everywhere on the stairs and the ground. (I have two dogs. They could get glass in their paws. Glass is still there after three weeks.) Takes them forever to answer any maintenance calls. (Expect 3 – 4 days). I’ve lived there for about a month and they still haven’t given me my mailbox key.(its Christmas time, I have Christmas cards from family that I can’t get !). Maintenance took one of my house keys and now they can’t find it to return it too me. Super irresponsible.
And one other thing… I get off work late at night. So I have to do laundry when I get home (10 – 11 pm). I had my clothes washing and drying, went to go check on them and they locked my clothes in the Laundry room ! I think if I’m paying $ 900 for rent I should be able to wash my clothes at any time. They should have no right to lock MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS UP.
Don’t get me wrong. The place looks very nice. Just shitty management.

Lived here when it was called Westheimer Terrace Apartments. It recently changed its name to Diamond Hill. If you like living with over 100s of roaches and have them in your bed, shower, food and clothing then move here.
