The Buckle

Wow! The Buckle earned five stars in every single aspect that matters to me.
When we walked in, I was greeted by Nate who was helpful but not pushy. He asked if I was looking for anything in particular and at first I was just browsing but then saw the store stocks jeans in long length. At that moment I went from just browsing to very possible purchase. Unfortunately, many stores do not stock long length, especially if you wear a smaller size, and you have to special order through websites or shop at the top high end stores.
Nate told me about the specials and sales that were going on as well as the different styles and cut of jeans they stock. He knew what size would fit me and he was exactly right.
The jeans I chose fit like they were made for me. I have a smaller waist and find that there will be a gap in the back waistband of most jeans. The jeans I tried on here didn’t have any gap and, again, fit like they were made just for me. They were so soft and comfortable and yet durable high quality. Sold.
I really liked the style and color of a type cardigan that was on display but I saw only two and neither in my size. The helpful associate looked on the store computer to see if there were any size small in stock and seeing that there was, he looked through the store and located the hiding garment. Yes, I was and am happy.
The dressing room was clean with no clothes left strewn about by lazy customers who for whatever reason cannot take them back where they found them and put them away or give them to an associate. There was plenty of room to try on and view the clothes I was interested in and I was never rushed nor pressured to make additional purchases. Not just Nate, but all the associates and managers in the store were very helpful to customers as well as to each other. Team work and good attitude really go a long way in making a store run smoothly and pleasantly.
I had no long wait in line and my purchase was finished quickly and efficiently. The clothes I bought were well worth what I paid. I do not mind paying higher prices for quality clothing with perfect fit, quality and comfort.
I walked out of the store feeling well pleased about my new clothing. The right length, the perfect fit and all looks great. Most definitely worthwhile and a return place for shopping.

This place has really great customer service! Usually places where pants are more than $ 50.00 the employees act like their shit doesn’t stink, but it does… sorry.
I have only been to this one in memorial city mall, and from the store manager (david) all the way down to the most part-​time 10 hrs a week employee are fantastic. They greet you with a smile when you come in, announce specials and sales if any are going on, and always check up on you to make sure you doing ok, but not in the hawkish used car salesman manner, where they are practically your shadow.
who knows maybe it’s because they work on commission… keep them on their toes lol.
But really they go above and beyond, grabbing sizes, suggesting tops to match the bottoms and vice versa. I know I have had them work for their money when I was trying to figure out my pant size in damn near all the brands they carry. Thanks you guys
They carry some really great brands, MEK, BKE (their brand), sinful, affliction, true religion, rock and republic… u get the drift.
They have a rewards program for every $ 10 you spend you get a punch, when both sides of the card is punched you get $ 10 dollars off. I think for the number of punches it works out to like $ 10 off for $ 200 dollars spent.
Best kept secret… they have L-​A-​Y-​A-​W-​A-​Y!!!
It is not advertised, and you just have to ask for it, and i believe its 20% down or maybe just 10% it’s been a while and then you have 2 months to pay on it. If they don’t have a size in the store, they will go to the online store and order it to come to the store.
Alot if these brands as you know make a «1 length fit all» so buckle conveniently offers FREE alterations. and can tailor your pants to you.
Best shopping experience i have had in a while with mall outlet stores and I will continue to go.
