The food here is very good. However, I am giving it 2 stars because the service is sketchy. Whether you order to-go or eat in. There is one waitress there that always acts bothered to serve you. I gave this place 4 chances but I was disappointed each time. I will keep looking for a Mexican restaurant in the area that has great food AND great service.

Good Mexican food, plenty of workers so waiting to long isn’t an issue here. Will return for lunch soon

You might think that this place isn’t all that, but the service and the food are great. This is a good place to get good fast for a reasonable price and the service staff really are nice to their clients. I’ve had both take out and eat in. Been here a couple of times and like coming back. You really need to try their tacos or enchiladas.

I really wished I could have given this place more stars but the business should hear me out. So this is a little place that my children and I enjoy coming to. They have cheap Mexican food, wide variety of items in their menu and kid-friendly-ish. Since it was us three we decided to get a small queso and a fajita grill for two to feed us three. The salsa is always on point and my children love to double dip and add it on their food. The Queso was fairly good, It was a little too hard but I much rather have that than a watered down queso like in some other places. The fajitas were AMAZING. And I mean a nice amount of both fajita chicken and beef, nice size shrimp and delicious sausage. The charro beans that came with it were nice and tasty and so was the rice. The service? Well it was all fine and dandy at first however with me you cannot slack! What I mean by slacking is, don’t sit at the table next to me and read the newspaper with your co-worker as I am in need of a box to-go. I sat there and waited and waited for her to get up or simply just lean over to ask me if I needed anything, so to show my frustation I got up and got a to-go box myself, ignored the fact that I needed a to-go cup for our drinks or the fact that she didn’t bring me the bill so I walked to the counter and then she got up to see if I needed anything else, I said no. The cashier then asked if I wanted to leave a tip, I thought about it and I said sure«$ 1» I hope this measly tip makes a statement over a $ 28 meal. At the end, The food was great and for the price it was totally worth it. I hope to come back here again and get to actually write a much more positive review.

Ehh. This isn’t a bad place, I mean for the area it’s probably one of the better choices. And by that I mean what other mexican food resturants are close to it besides taco trucks. And one of those taco trucks didn’t have beef when we went there for the first time… but that’s another story for another day. From here on seperate ocassions I have tried the tacos, nachos, and fajita’s. It was just ok to me, nothing to write home about. The chips taste store bought. Some of the staff do not understand/speak English very well, but they will get someone who does if they can’t understand.

This place isn’t bad. I definitely think it’s a far stretch to say it’s some of the best Mexican food in Houston. I will say that if you’re in the area and looking for some decent Mexican food, then stop on by. Their green salsa that they keep in a bottle on the table is delicious. I just kinda wish their chips were homemade. I ordered the tacos al carbon and my friend ordered the fajita plate. You get a way better bang for your buck if you order the fajita plate and make your own tacos rather than ordering the tacos al carbon. The food was ok, nothing too spectacular, and nothing bad. I was disappointed that the tortillas weren’t homemade. I also felt like their horchata was some of the worst horchata I’ve ever had in my life! It tasted like milk with cinnamon in it. I’ll definitely order a soda next time around.

This place has some of the best Mexican food out there. They do delve into the Velveeta queso Tex-Mex but their Fajitas, Menudo, Breakfast is all astounding. The prices are noting to be afraid of as well. Breakfast for 2 typically runs less than $ 15. Speaking Spanish helps but it is not necessary. The best time, Breakfast. It is served all day but after 11am there is a dollar upcharge on most breakfast items.

Authentic & tasty. I ordered street tacos. Asked for extra cilantro, lime and onion and they accommodated. Quick, friendly, attentive service. One of their chip salas was like nothing have had before which was a cool surprise(see yellow dish).

This is a nice little place. So far I have been to breakfast and lunch and have been pleased with the quality of the food and service along with the prices. The chips and salsa come out pretty quickly and this is a big plus in my book. The waitstaff is friendly and quick, even when crowded. A whole lot of places would do well to emulate this taqueria.

Avoid at all costs! some co-workers regularly would go to this place for a breakfast burrito, after today, never again. Maggots found in the steak fajita. They’ll never be going back and we will be spreading the word.

A local taqueria. A small place, with fresh food. They have good flavorful dishes. So far, everything has been delicious and inexpensive. The atmosphere is your avg taqueria. Mostly hispanic locals go there, they have spanish tv on, and a spanish juke box. Friendly staff that remember us and speak spanish to us(at our request; trying to learn). They serve horchata, which is the true sign of a taqeria, IMHO. CON: Once we ordered a seafood dish with shrimp, and it was very bland, like it had been boiled in water and that’s it.
