This is one of the best places I have ever been to get my nails done. The service was great! I will definitely be coming back soon!

Stopped by after work in desperate need of a mani/​pedi and getting to the nail place by my house wasn’t going to be possible in rush hour traffic. Was very pleasantly surprised with the superb customer service and attention to detail. It’s worth calling ahead of time just to make sure she’s available.

The door says that it is open until 7pm during the week. I tried to go at 6:15 on a wednesday and the door was closed and the lady wouldn’t attend me saying that it is closed. Disappointing and not a good «first» impression.

I was in Houston just for a few days on business and happened to have an extra long lunch break on Saturday. So I walked over to get a manicure and I am so glad I did! It’s a small place, and Louise was the only one working, but it had a friendly and intimate vibe mixed in with the typical nail salon décor and atmosphere. I asked for a French style mani with black tips and she was more than happy to oblige. This is one of the best manicures I have ever had, and definitely the best that was in this price range! You don’t get a fancy hand massage or anything, but I honestly didn’t care. We had a great conversation and my nails look perfect! I would definitely recommend stopping in.

Don’t get me wrong, their service is good but…
The hours posted on the door read Mon-​Sat open at 9:30am, its 10:30am on Sat and still not open. I usually wouldn’t care but this is the 3^rd time in 2 months. Whoever runs their weekends seems to not open on time. Plus when they are open, its very hard to get someone to answer the phone.
All in all 9.5 of 10 on the service, but 4 of 10 on some important details.

The service was great, expensive for just a pedicure but if you get a manicure and a pedicure its a good deal.

My nails grow fast so I asked the nail tech to cut them shorter and I was planning to do a bright, fun color in shellac. I told her I preferred a my nails square. She cut them and quickly filed the top. They were so square that that the corners could have cut something! I asked her to take off the sharp edges and that’s when the attitude begun. She said «Oh, you want round/​square.» I thought, «Oh, I’m sorry, I’ve never heard of round/​square. Is that the same as tall/​short or dumb/​smart?» What she did should have been called dangerously square. Once she was done filing they were so short I changed my mind about the Shallac and had her do a regular polish in neutral. On my pedicure, she didn’t use the toe spacers. When I asked her to put something between my toes that were touching so it didn’t mess up the polish. I got attitude!
I have read several things that the UV light the nail spas use are not good but I don’t which ones. I were sunscreen every day and don’t get much sun. When I asked if the drying light was UV — guess what. I got attitude!
One of the Unilocalers posted the place had a manicure/​pedicure specials on Mondays (I was there on a Monday). The lady said «I have never had a special.» I said, «Oh, never? Wonder why someone posted that?» She responded, with attitude, «Oh, that was a long time ago.»
I had been in Houston for week living in a crappy hotel while my son was in the hospital. I had a small window to do something nice for myself. This place had good reviews and it was very close to where I was staying. All I wanted was a manicure/​pedicure, maybe a quick neck rub. Instead, I got the same atttutude and zero customer service that I get from any strip center nail salon. This place is nothing special. If you do go, don’t expect anything more than a strip center nail salon.

A small nail spa with a big heart. The value is great– $ 35 for a spa pedi and mani. They are also very careful in their job; you can see that they do care about their customers.

Absolutely love the service Louise and her employees give. Everyone is very friendly and they know how to pamper someone getting a mani-​pedi! I am hoping to treat some friends to a mani-​pedi here next weekend because I am always extremely happy with my nails when I leave here.

Really love this salon! Louise is awesome! She always tries her best to make her customers happy! My mom drives all the way from Humble to have her pedicure here!
