Taco Burger Cafe

I have been coming here now for several months. This is a hidden gem on 1960, tucked inside a car wash and a mechanical shop at the back, plus a barber Lol.
The food is fresh, service can be a bit slow (because everything is made fresh especially the burgers and max only two people behind the counter), the manager and employees are very friendly.
I’ve had breakfast and lunch here. They close by 6pm and def not open on Sunday, so beware. The signature Salmon burger is absolutely delectable, a must try. And pair it with fresh strawberry lemonade or any of their fruit waters.
Yes I certainly will be a return customer especially has the car wash does a wonderful job with my car.
Btw they were featured on NewsFix which I thought was really cool.

Great place if you just need to kill some time, but if you’re hungry then go somewhere else. I stood and waited at the register for several minutes then sat next to it for several minutes followed by looking on my phone for other options for several more minutes and never saw an employee. I can only assume the people that had food when I walked in went behind the counter and cooked it themselves.

Good surprise hidden in this car wash. The food is good and the staff is very friendly. We had two orders of the taco burger plate, french toast and buffalo wings. Everything was served hot and tasty. The lemonade is good also.

certificate took me to a new venue. this was a small, clean café located inside a car wash. I was able to sit at the counter and enjoyed a pleasant conversation with a couple other patrons.
There was only one person working, and he identified himself as the manager. One of the other patrons recommended the turkey burger special, but I chose the bacon and cheese Angus burger for $ 8.65. I also ordered a side salad with ranch, and the manager asked if I wanted to have the salad as a substitute for fries. I want it both, so he indicated that I would be charged a $ 1.99 for the salad. No problem with that. While the salad was the basic iceberg and tomato it was fresh and not the bagged salad that so many restaurants turn to. Another plus is that I was able to watch my burger being cooked fresh and made to order. This is the reason for my 5 stars. My burger was cooked fresh with fresh ingredients and at least a third pound. The meat had the familiar texture of Angus beef, and was fairly lean but still moist.
I recommend this restaurant not only when you wash your car, but just a quick, tasty meal. I will certainly be coming back to try the other options on the menu. In particular, they have a breakfast menu and tacos.
