Taco Bell

I want to start my review out by saying that I love Taco Bell as I am sure most people do. However, I have never in my life experienced one quite like this one on Scott St. I’ve called into their customer service lime to report my issues in hopes that at some point maybe their manager or regional/​district manager would get the information but either they do not care or its not being forwarded their way. There are two times to come and not come. There is a wonderful employee there and I will get her name the next time I go and update my information, when she is there I can always rest assured that my order will be correct and and if its not she will fix it right away but last night when two gentlemen were working my order was a hot mess in fact its every time the guy works the drive thru. He has tattoo’s up both his arms. When you see this guy, check your order because it is bound to be messed up. Last night my drink was wrong and a few of my food items. They also asked you to pull forward when no one is behind you. Not sure if this is to reset their counter to make their productivity look faster or if they just don’t want you sitting at the window. This location is so convenient to my house but I’d rather drive across town that to deal with this location any longer.

Arrived at 10:40 pm to find out the inside was closed. Therefore we went through the drive through. We needed to have 3 separate orders but the drive through lady informed us that only one order was permitted at a time. There was absolutely no one behind us in the line and the drive through server had an attitude. There was no reason why 3 orders couldn’t have been taken. Not coming to this Taco Bell again.

First time at Tacobell tonight! Only regret is not getting more food. Ordered a nr 11 Combo supreme and it’s the best tacos I’ve ever had. The lady in the window was very nice too, excellent service.

Reading the previous reviews and wondering if they are just visitors! My 2^nd most hated fast food place on Scott street, the people that work there seem to hate there jobs as well. Even the manager (that somehow every time I decide to get a taco) she’s there is rude. I’ve previously worked for Taco Bell, so I know how it’s SUPPOSED to be. When I go threw the drive thru, I already know what I want and I’m ready to go because I know about that time. My last time going there, I refused to ever return. I literally had two small orders (mine and my friends) they made me pull around to the front door, where I waited no LESS than 30 minutes. I was HOT, if the inside wasn’t closed I would have asked for my money back.

Unless you like stale week old breadsticks, no cheese on your pizza, and flat soda… don’t come here. Waist of my $ 7.00

Typical ‘Bell. The food was fresh and made promptly. The only weird thing was that instead of waiting in line, they make you wait in the parking lot for your food, and then they bring it out to you (went after 10pm)? This happened both times that I’ve been. I don’t particularly know why… but as long as the food continues to satisfy my late night cravings of cheap «mex»…

This Taco Bell is new to the neighborhood and I am happy about it. There absolutely must be a Taco Bell near two college campuses, right? With that being said, it is usually filled with college kids in the evenings, which makes for interesting and often funny experiences. It’s a clean and the service is good.
