Open till about 8 pm on some days, convenient location and the associates are super friendly and very knowledgeable about the products and services if you have a lot of questions. A diverse staff, there is always easily someone to talk to! Phones and specials are displayed in the neat store and it’s a good place to pick up information as well as accessories as well. Stop by and don’t be shy if you’re in the area!

I was called on the phone for a promotional trade-in offer by a sales representative that works at the store named Quan. He told us that if we traded in the Iphone 5 models we had they would give us $ 275 towards an upgrade in addition to a $ 50 promotional credit for the purchase of a new device. When we went to the store, we picked out the Samsung Galaxy S5 model for replacement and upgrade of our two Iphone 5 models. I was concerned about transitioning from Apple to Samsung devices, but they told me it was easy to do with Smart Switch. The checkout process took four hours. They could not process two trade-ins on the same account in the same transaction even though it was simply two separate lines. They could not explain why it would not work. I should note that my family had come with me to the store. There is no entertainment or anything to keep children preoccupied in the store. AT&T has cable tv and chairs for the kids in Missouri City nearby. That is where I eventually ended up going. Anyway, after four hours the manager took over and split the trade-ins up into two transactions and it finally went through. They gave us a free Otter box and belt clip for one of the two Samsung Galaxy S5 models we purchased. We said we should each get one for the deep inconvenience. Our troubles did not end there though. The Smart Switch App on the phone they sold me did not work right. When I copied my messages over from the Iphone 5 to the Galaxy S5 it crashed the messaging app so I could not send or receive messages and also it caused the screen to go black and would not allow you to take calls during those periods. You would have to turn the phone off and turn it back on. I called T-Mobile Technical support and we had to do a hard reset on each device. It took an hour for each one to go through the whole process while on the phone with the representative. It did not solve the problems. After the reset, messages were not reaching the receiver for up to three hours after sending them and calls were not coming through or going through at all. We literally called each other while sitting right next to each other and the phones went straight to voice mail repeatedly. Calls were also failing frequently, sometimes you would have three dropped calls to the same person in a short time period. I should note that the failure to service or the phone’s failure took place at a critical time for me too. T-Mobile would not provide me a loaner device due to failures on part of the device and service they sold me just three days into purchasing the new phones! They told me I would have to pay an additional $ 50 to rent a new phone until my Iphone 6 came in should I decide to order the Iphone 6. I told them they should lend us two phones free of charge for the serious inconvenience this was causing us, as they were responsible for their devices and service. They would not help us without making us pay for rental devices which they called loaners. There were some important things I was dealing with and we could not use our devices to communicate. Anyway, I called T-Mobile Technical Support again and they told me to return the device. I took it back to this T-Mobile store and they wanted me to come back with a receipt. I had the family with me again. So I had to load everyone up again and get the receipt. Then they told me they had to have the credit card there to refund the money, so I had to leave again and get the credit card again with the family. So I brought back the receipt and the credit card for a third attempt to return the devices and finally was able to return them. They charged us a $ 50 restocking fee for each device even though we were within the 14 day return period. After all of that inconvenience they were putting us to further expense. In addition to that, they had to refund the money for the Iphone 5 models that were traded in and they explained it would take up to six weeks to get the money back. So now I have to call customer service and make sure they do not walk off with our $ 550. We should not have to wait six weeks for a $ 550 refund. After everything we went through I will never return to T-Mobile. I switched to AT&T and was able to get an Iphone 6128 gigabit model the same day and I have not had a single problem with the service or phone since. I do not work for T-Mobile or AT&T, this is just my honest review about my experience with them. Following up on this review, I finally received my refund from T-Mobile for the two Iphone 5 trade ins on 3÷29÷2015 in the form of a Pre-paid Visa card from CitiBank after five months of waiting on a refund. I am glad we finally received the refund but five months is an extremely long time to wait. That should be illegal. David was the one to finally push the refund through with corporate. I must have visited the store a half dozen times over the past five months to check on the status of that refund. They kept telling me to wait.

If Jim is not there to help you– run the other way! Fast! Went in today for help buying a small chip and was told they were out of stock. I went to another Tmobile and they were so nice to help me and answer all my questions. I went back to this Tmobile because I needed them to look up my receipt. They said they could not help me(why was I surprised?). Luckily, today I came ready. I told them they could — they keep paper receipts dating back 3 months and I had all the info– all they had to do was pull them out and scan for it. They did. I think they were surprised when I told them how. They just are sooo lazy– nobody wants to work. After today– I will never go back to this location.
