I love Swarovski products. I’ve purchased a few gifts from here and have been given a few gifts from here as well. This particular location always has associates who great you with a welcoming smile. I typically don’t want a sales person’s help unless I have a specific question, and the associates here usually give me room to browse after telling me briefly about whatever the new collection is. Yes, it’s pricey, but it’s a unique product perfect for the person who likes sparkly jewelry or items for their desk or shelves.

Returned an unwanted gold looking necklance that was given to me as a gift — the sales person had difficulty figuring out how much credit I would have, even though I handed her the gift receipt.
I mean, it’s not an auction house — I heard her say «OH, it’s 60, oh, no 65, oh, no, it’s 70. That’s right, 75!»
Found a silver necklace that was $ 80 — coughed up the extra and I was on my merry way. Four stars as service was fast and I got the deed done.
It is an expensive store — where you could easily buy real gold, silver, diamonds for the cost of what they have as crystals. \
When I asked, can I get my necklace wet, she answered, with a smile «Oh, no, that’s a no no.»
Oh, yes, don’t buy gifts for for clumsy people here!
