(I gave one star bc there was no option for NONE!) I was in last week and saw Dr. Doubleday. Although he was very polite and seemed genuinely concerned, he was anything but. I’d been dealing with a parasitic infection for over a year now, and so he’d prescribed creams and a pill to me after a 10 min meeting, and strangely not wanting to further examine the samples I’d brought with me. I was elated when he told me that the pill he was some sort of pesticide that would kill ANYTHING living in my body, and that I would be completely healed in two weeks. THATWAS A HUGELIE. He actually prescribed an antipsychotic drug and urged me not to look online, saying it would just further concern me. Isn’t an ethical oath the first thing they teach you in med school?! As I further investigated online, I found that I have the classic symptoms of threadworm/pinworm, and am seeking OTC meds that will help. Hope he enjoys screwing over single mothers just before xmas!

Tried this office twice. First time the doctor was way to quick, didn’t even listen to my symptoms. Just prescribed a lotion. I felt like he was in a rush. On my second visit I decided to try a different doctor. Made an appointment. Never got a call or email about appointment confirmation. Arrived to the office on time. Customer service stated that I was 15 mins late(I was not). Tried to get another appointment, but customer service was very inflexible blaming me for being late(I was not). I will never be back here again.

DONOTUSE! I read a couple of bad reviews and thought it’s usually only angry people that write reviews so it’s skewed. WRONG! Dr. Eubanks was awful! I came in for a prescription that several doctors felt was right for me but she disagreed and wrote two topicals when I use pills for acne. She gave me a sample and said the other was a generic and cheap. FYI cheap meant $ 90 and the other was so expensive it required prior authorization. In addition the side effects were dangerous for my other conditions that she knew about. She never asked me my occupation which is working outdoors and never educated me on sunscreen or what these topicals would do to my skin in sun. I did my research however and didn’t fill these stupid prescriptions. Also, her nurse was an idiot and for my $ 130 appointment all I could get for a face wash recommendation was«a gentle cleanser.» I repeat PLEASEPLEASE don’t waste your money on this ignorance. A real dermatologist won’t let you leave without sun education no matter what they prescribe you! Also they make you fill out a lot about yourself and don’t even bother to read it. I swear she could have killed me if I hadn’t kept telling her no you can’t give me that.

My appointment was cancelled by THEM due to the recent flood. I agree to come the next morning, but knew it would be difficult because I had to work. I arrived 4 mins after my appt time, yes 4 mins late, and they told me I would have to reschedule. This was my second visit after a coolsculpting. The worker I was scheduled to see came in at the same time I did and she scurried to the back so she would have to hear me complain I guess. So no, I wouldn’t go back and the cool sculpting was a rip off.

Thoroughly disappointed with my recent visit with Dr. Doubleday. I made an appointment for my husband and I to come in together. I was told the time of the appointment and to arrive 20 minutes early, we got the emails to do new patient paperwork and completed. We arrive 20 minutes and are told that I have an appointment at one time, and then my husband’s is 30 minutes after mine. They explained with some BS why we couldn’t have one joint appointment. I should have questioned why this was never conveyed to me over the phone but I knew I couldn’t without being a big biatch so I just resigned to waiting. My husband needed to get to work so he took the first appointment instead. He was called back 15 minutes before the appointment time. I can’t really discuss his appointment experience since I was not present. I am not called back until exactly at the appointment time(so now I’ve been in the waiting room a solid hour!) I then wait another 15 minutes before I actually see the doctor. He spends about 20 minutes with me. He doesn’t listen to basically anything I have to say. He does a lot of talking, so much so that I can’t explain or interject and am just forced to accept his opinions even though I know they are not an entirely correct diagnosis. He gives me samples and the nurse explains they use a mail order pharmacy for prescriptions. My husband was charged about $ 75 for his visit(after insurance) and I was charged $ 100 for mine(after insurance) The mail order place has called me a few times but I have to intentions of having anything filled since I don’t feel I got an accurate diagnosis in the first place. Total waste of time and money.

Saw Dr. Katz regarding acne treatment. I had seen other providers and know one has been able to get rid of it. My skin has never looked so good. I knew my skin looked good but it was till a visit from my mother where she just raced over and over that I knew how big the difference was. My mother now has an appointment she is looking forward to.

I’ve been a patient for over 10 years with Dr Suzanne Bruce and her associates. This is really an upscale doctors office. They are very caring and understand your needs. They are also reasonably priced. They also do research here, so they are always in tune with the newest technology for dermatology.

They charged me 650 for 50 units of botox plus another $ 75 to ask the doctor about fillers. Is that any way to increase your business? They lost a botox customer and a potential filler customer. What a rip off.

I saw Dr. Katz recently after I decided to leave my other dermatologist. If you care to check out THAT review, look into my profile. I was so fed up with my other derm, but Dr. Katz was AMAZING. I could never stress that enough. She was very sweet and did exactly what she needed to do. She was easy to talk to and informed me very well. I instantly switched over to her as my derm. Do yourself a favor and check her out!

The dermatologists are professional and appear to know what they are doing. My child and I saw one of the members of the practice for a first visit, and were not informed until scheduling the next appointment at the front desk that the physician would no longer be working there after that week and we had to choose someone else. Like the next doctor we saw, but would have been nice to hear from the 1st physician about leaving vs. at the appointment desk after getting a lot of detailed things to implement. Who to call if there’s a problem in the interim? Staff probably should have stopped scheduling new patients to that doctor a month or so before departure. They do a good job for medical dermatology, but be aware this practice is strongly geared towards cosmetic dermatology with a spa attached. I’m not into cosmetic stuff, so it was a little off-putting to have someone suggest pills and/or prescription creams to remove redness from my complexion when I came in for a skin-check for any moles that may need biopsy/removal(I have rosacea that’s well controlled and of Scottish descent, so there’s a little bit of red to my facial tone). I like myself just fine the way I am, so personally I have no interest in that sort of thing. Just be aware that you will get suggestions of treatments at the spa, pills, or products that you«need». I generally had to communicate more than once that I am only interested in medical dermatology, not cosmetic because of their emphasis in this direction. The office is nice, staff is nice, doctors are nice and advice is sound. Just feel free to edit the recommendations received/communicate your preferences. I would give it 4 – 5 stars except for how off-putting I found the emphasis on cosmetic dermatology and the assertive marketing of products and the spa. Perhaps staff could ask ahead about preference in this area(do you have interest in cosmetic/aesthetic options?) or put it as an item on new-patient paperwork. I did take my child to the spa for teen facial/extractions. It was expensive and I probably won’t do it again as it wasn’t very helpful. Staff nice, more recommendations of expensive products but when I explained there wasn’t money for it there was a switch to recommending some store-brand products to try. That was appreciated. Overall a solid practice. The Spa is expensive. Check to see how your insurance covers skin biopsies — in my case I don’t think an in-network lab was used.

I came here to get some skin tags removed. I didn’t find out until I got here that the price was actually very good! I was a little intimidated from other reviews saying this place is pretty expensive. First of all, I made my appointment online and whoever the person was handling the appointments emailed with me back and forth to set up a good time because I was at work and so talking on the phone was not an option. When I arrived, I was directed to a room before I could finish filling out the form with my information! I did have to wait a few minutes for the doctor but it was definitely not a long wait(10 minutes at most). I had Dr. Ali, who was very warm and friendly. I was in and out of this place in 30 minutes skin tag free! I definitely recommend this place.

This place is listed a couple of times since they have different names but all are operated by the same people. There is a medical area, cosmetic area, and research area. I’ve been very happy with their work so far and if you have skin troubles that your PCP can’t help you with, by all means, don’t perform home surgery! Don’t search for your condition on youtube and try to fix it yourself! Even for self-pay I think their prices are pretty reasonable. I recommend Dr. Katz but I’m sure they’re all good there.

Was advised to arrive 20 minutes early for appointment to be seen on time. Had already completed all the paperwork online, but arrived early as requested. Waited in waiting room until 15 mins AFTER my appointment time(now 35 mins in), was shown into examining room and then waited an additional 30 mins(now 65 mins in) for the doctor, who asked me two questions I had already answered on the forms, looked, told me it was nothing, or for $ 160 I could treat it or wait for 15 more lesions as the price would be the same to treat 1 – 16 lesions, and left LITERALLY within 3 minutes of walking in. Felt like an assembly line, never looked at any other part of my skin and didn’t even ask about the areas of interest I had marked on the online forms. Impersonal money mill IMHO. Will never return.

Awesome place! As I walked in, the lady was very nice checking me in. The office staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Furthermore, usually when I check out there’s always insurance confusion or something. This time check out went smoothly, the lady was ready for me and very nice again with a smile. Very welcoming office!

LOVELOVELOVE this office! they were THE only office in 20yrs to cure my eczema! They take their time with you too! No «revolving door» here! I have personally seen 4 of the docs there, and they are all top notch!
