Really good sandwiches for really good prices. I read someone else’s review & agree completely. You don’t come here for some spectacular sandwich or fancy meal — you come here for a good olé, homemade sandwich. They’re very well priced as well. You can get two combos for roughly $ 8-$ 10. The snobby girl at the front however … If you can get past her rude demeanor and lack of personality; its a great place to grab a quick bite. Don’t mind making conversation with her, it’ll only give her a chance to ignore you more. My family and I have been coming here for years. Definitely a favorite.

Used to love coming to this place for their chicken salad and philly cheese steaks. I recently went back and the chicken salad didn’t taste the same nor did the philly cheese steak sandwich. Seems like they are under new management and I’m not too fond of going in there due to the rude lady in the front that offers not even a hello or thank you.

10 years ago, I was a regular here and would have put up their cheesesteak against any other in Houston, or Philly or that matter. Went back yesterday after more than 8 years living across town. First I asked to use the restroom, which requires a trip through the kitchen, and when I got in there had no lights in either the bathroom and the hall leading to it, so I used my iPhone flashlight. Broken urinal, a smell that would knock you over, and a sink that only dripped water. On to that legendary cheese steak, or should I call it cheese gristle. There were about 6 gristle knobs in the first part of the sandwich, and I ended up throwing away the second half after getting another one with my first bite. The meat was the lowest grade imaginable. Used to love these guys, Im sad for them that it went so far downhill.

In terms of value for the money you spend, it’s hard to beat Supreme Sandwiches. I’ve been eating there for over thirty five years, and the quality has remained the same, while the prices have remained low. The only change I’ve detected is a smaller variety of sodas and chips than the days of yore when they used to stock Bob’s Texas Style Potato Chips(back when they used to be fried in peanut oil) and boutique label root beers. The important thing, however, is that the sandwich meat and grilled items taste the same as they did in the 1970s. I almost always get the same thing, which is also one of the cheapest: the po boy with mustard instead of mayonnaise. What elevates the simple salami, ham, provolone, and pickle concoction is the quality of the French bread, which is toothsome and flaky without being overly dense or crusty. It really is the perfect platform for the meat, and I’m amazed that they’ve been able to keep it so consistent for over three decades. This certainly isn’t fine dining, and you’re not going to discover fancy imported meats and cheeses on the menu. What you will find, however, is a quality product sold at a very, very reasonable price, and this value for the money is figured into my rating.

For $ 3 you get a fresh made sandwich, bag of chips, and a drink. For the money it’s a damn good deal.

It’s 12:45, and my scheduled 11:00 delivery of sandwiches for my work retreat have not arrived. They have said that they are«almost there» for 45 minutes now.

I’m shocked I get a FTR on Supreme Sandwiches! It’s a hustling and bustling Spring-Branch-been-here-forever-lunch stop. You’ll see the suit-n-tie folks as well as those in trucks with ladders hanging out of the tailgate. Shares a parking lot with a conv store, and parking is a challenge at times. They make a mean hot philly-cheese steak sandwich. They have assorted FRESH ready made sandwiches– think tuna, chick salad, ham, turkey, roast beef on assorted breads. Fresh made and ready to grab and go, I hate soggy bread and I’ve never had that problem here! Misc bags of chips and a cooler of drinks for you to pick over. There is limited seating, but most folks are in and out in a jiffy. Also, they make great sandwich trays.
