If they learned how to use their ventilator I would go back! It’s So smoky, I left smelling like a deep fryer. Gross. My «chicken» sandwich was okay and my salads slightly intriguing, but overall I can’t justify the stink. Field of Greens gets my vote over this. Mix the kale salad with some more veggies to even out the chewing, chill on the garlic and maybe add some ginger.

Awesome food. I just started going there a few months ago. I’d always driven past it, but I never saw the name on the front of the building, so I just assumed I was in the wrong place. …fast forward… I always either get the soy chicken sandwich or the veggie burger. It’s totally vegan, but it tastes SO good. You won’t miss the meat. The raw salads are wonderful. My favorite is the kale and garlic. It’s spicy! The veggie pâté is super good also… minus the yucky liver lol A veggie plate or burger with a side of one of the raw items usually runs about 7.50. I like how they let you sample everything under the cooler while you wait. My only negative is that sometimes you have to wait about 20 minutes because they only have two ladies in the back and the other employees are busy anwering questions about supplements and juicing, etc and running the register. note: They open at about 10 or 11 am. and close at about 6.30. The closer to closing time, the less likely they’ll grill up a veggie burger. They’re closed on Sundays, and Saturdays are always busy. Check them out!

This is the only place in houston that specializes in raw foods. It’s basically a health food store with supplements, vegetarian/vegan foods, and fresh juice! Since it is very close to University of Houston, I come here when I don’t have much time to go anywhere else! I usually get hummus. The hummus here is pretty tasty! but a little salty. But that’s all right as long as you eat it with something else.
