Subway eat fresh! The employee that helped was had really good manners and was nice. I order my turkey sandwich and broccoli soup it was good as usual. I came for a quick lunch with my boyfriend. No complains everything was great!

I’ve never had any problems going to this Subway. It’s Subway — what do you expect? I normally come here in the morning to get my breakfast sandwich. I guess most people don’t think of Subway as breakfast because every single time I come here I have no problem with customer service. It’s usually fast.

Had too many issues with this Subway and will not be going back. When you have employees that lack any customer service training, you just have to stay away.

Never had many issues with this location. On rare occasions you will get hard bread but that’s an issue I’ve experienced at all frequented subways. the service is quick and friendly.

I know it’s Subway. I can’t have great expectations, but seriously this location just simply sucks! I don’t usually go to Subway just because well for one, even just standing there for a few minutes to place an order, you come out with this distinct smell that lingers on your clothing for the remainder of the day. I don’t know what the smell is, but I notice it at each Subway location I have been to. It could be the bread baking in the oven, who knows. Whatever it is, it smells like sour, sweaty feet have walked all over you… so gross! So why did I decide to go in to a Subway for breakfast, you might ask? I had a coupon for a free breakfast sandwich… score, free breakfast! So I walk in and there’s only one person working, which makes sense since it’s about 7:30am or so. Luckily there’s only one person ahead of me, so it doesn’t take very long to order. I look over my coupon to make sure I can order anything from the breakfast menu and it’s a go… any breakfast sandwich… woo hoo! I look over the menu and decided to order a Breakfast B.M.T on a flatbread. The guy behind the counter looks at me and I tell him my order. He repeats, «B.M.T.» I say once again, «Breakfast B.M.T.» He repeats«B.M.T.» I respond, «The breakfast one.» He responds, «OK.» So I watch him make the sandwich but wait a minute, he doesn’t seem to put any eggs in it… hmmm? He takes it out of the«oven» and I ask, «that’s a breakfast B.M.T. correct?» He says yes. Whatevers, maybe it goes on afterwards, who knows. I put some veggies on the sandwich and we proceed to the cash register and the battle begins! I had him the coupon and he looks at it as if he has never seen a coupon before. He says it only works on a breakfast sandwich and not this sandwich. I said I ordered a Breakfast B.M.T. not a regular B.M.T and it’s on your menu as a breakfast sandwich. He looks at the register and says B.M.T is only a sandwich. I pointed to the menu and said it’s on there. He looked at it and said, «oh they must have changed the menu, that wasn’t there before.» Umm… you work there, you better know your menu! This goes on for about 5 minutes and he looks at the register and says the button isn’t there for a «Breakfast B.M.T.» OMG!!! Are you serious!?! Unfortunately, there was no manager there. I said this is too much of a hassle. I left with the sandwich, which I had to pay for and pay the wrong price for, and simply said I would call the manager. He didn’t seem to understand a word I was saying. This was definitely not a good way to start the morning! I probably spent about 15 minutes going back and forth and finally really, not worth it! Never again will I go to this location… please educate your employees on your menu and teach them about coupon policies and meal policies… thanks!
