I used to always go to this Subway until today, the person that was there was super rude, yelled at me, and seemed that she didn’t wanted to be there, please take care of that because you’re a service company, I’m paying for that, thank you

I guess this location is struggling. I went twice, food is as usual but I think the regional manager or owner was sitting there conducting business, weird feeling, not sure if it’s because they are trying to train employees or what but the whole time when I was sitting there I felt I should leave.

Kiara was very nice but very slow. She informed me that«Subway no longer carries cucumbers» even though the Subway by my work has cucumbers everyday … AND the Subway website has cucumbers on many sandwiches for order. My experience today was bland at best and made me appreciate the Subway in the Merchants Park shopping center on Shepherd. I will no longer be spending my money or TIME at this location.

Only one star because of the area manager Ryan. As I sit in the restaurant eating my sandwich their manager is conducting business rather loudly over the phone. He is also yelling(to not at) his employees. He also discussed passwords with an employee, I now know the username and password to access the subway system. Nice…. Very unprofessional«manager».

Worst subway ever. I would give it zero stars if I could. Subway should be ashamed of this franchise. The franchise owner should be ashamed, but I doubt it because they are lining their pockets with their excess income from understaffing. I used to go to subway(before I moved to houston) a few times a week. Now I barely go because this is the one closest to me. We went one Sunday at 12. Prime lunch time. One worker. There were two people in front of us(one lady had a huge order) and it took us 45 minutes to get out of there. The line behind us kept growing and growing. Normally, at a well run subway, they will have another person to help. They usually help dress the sandwiches and ring up. No dice here. I don’t blame the worker, it’s not her fault her manager sucks. I thought maybe it was a fluke, or a call in. Until I went again. Friday night, 530, dinner time. Would you believe it, one worker again! No big deal, there was no line. But, it was a trainee who didn’t know what they were doing! Now I am not too picky, and I am patient, but this girl was ridiculous. I asked for a flatizza. They are what subway has been advertising like crazy. She tells me she has no bread left for it and doesn’t know how to make it, but she can call her manager if I want and they can come make it. I really should have asked for that. But no, I am not that kind of person, so I asked for a flatbread.(Mind you, with a flatizza you just toast the flat bread before you make it, but you know, I’ve never worked at a subway so I shouldn’t act like I know more than the workers ;)) She takes out the bread. I said I also need a wheat sandwich. Puts back my flatbread. No, I want a flatbread too. Puts back the wheat. This happened four times before I told her take two pieces of bread out-one flatbread, one wheat and leave them both on the counter. Then she proceeded to do the most pathetic sandwich making I have ever seen in my life. She didn’t know how many slices of cheese and meat went on sandwiches. I seriously wanted to hop over the counter and make my own because it was the slowest sandwich maker I have ever seen in my life. I was the only customer and it took twenty minutes. Maybe this location should let the customers take over, because this is sad. I would think business owners would have more pride.
