Best Subway in the area. Great staff. Parking is an issue but worth the hassle.
Clean. Always fresh ingredients as they are always busy.

Staff were friendly, and fast. Yes, parking was not easy. But I enjoyed my sub.

If could give it no stars I would. I got a BLT on flatbread and requested it be toasted for less time because I didn’t want the bread and cheese to be burned. The lady ignored my request and argued with me regarding the time telling me it would be fine. When it came out the cheese was super burned. The lady standing behind me was even disgusted by the way my sub looked. As a line up had formed and I was on a quick break I just got my ingredients added and left. What a horrible sub. If you want burned meals and staff who doesn’t listen to you than this is the perfect subway.

The location itself is riddled with problems. A tiny lot where there are never any spots. A parking lot that becomes a drag strip for total assholes who are patently breaking the law to turn in off Shepherd, zoom through, and turn onto Richmond rather than waiting for the light. Then if you are not coming south on Shepherd you have to deal with the abysmal left turning situation from W Alabama and across Shepherd. And of course, always with the traffic on surrounding streets if it is any normal when seemingly the rest of Houston is trying to get things within a two block radius of this little strip mall.
Once you actually get inside the service is standard and par for the course of Subway — mass produced food, tomatoes guaranteed to be always look bad and Subway should feel bad about, and a line that shuffles forward reasonably quickly since there is nothing too wild you can do with a sandwich here to take a bunch of time.
This is physically the closest Subway to my house but I will always drive further to just avoid this one.

I was pleasantly surprised when I came here late on a Sunday to see that they are open until 10, even on Sundays! Note to self… Close to home, convenient, quick, and open late.

Not a bad place! I love their extra exclusive area of the shop! Pretty awesome for groups, but still felt nice. I was just feeling the need to be isolated, so it felt good. As always, being a fast-​food chain really doesn’t help its ratings usually, but its Subway. Better than Quizno’s any day.

Damn you, Subway. You almost don’t want people to come here. From W Alabama, you can’t take a L on Shepherd; from Richmond headed Eastbound, you can take a L, but you can’t take the 2^nd L to get into your lot. And every other direction is just one hot mess. I spend more time circling your biz than I do actually eating your Veggie Delight!
Please consider ditching this shitaous shopping center and somewhere more automobile-​friendly. In the meantime, I’m gonna have to go to Central Market and fill up on those deliciously fattening hot sammiches.
