Subway

Super slow line. Seems like they cater more to their drive thru then the actual face to face customer. Want my advice? Go to another subway.

I don’t recommend this subway at all. They never have anything and on top of that they just gave me my sandwich burned black. I will post pictures and send it to subway corp. DONT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!
Worse subway ever

I go to Subway about once a week because of my cravings for it. Because of my lunch schedule when I go the line is pretty much out the door and its a pretty small location. They move fairly quick but the thing I dont like about it is they rush you. It can be 10 people in front of me, I wont be anywhere near the glass, still by the door and they are asking me what I want.
I dont like ordering my food over the people in front of me like that. I think its rude. I know they are trying to get the line moving but at the end of the day… its still rude. Good thing is they havent messed up my order yet and the food is pretty fresh which is why I keep going back.

This subway has a hard time keeping their employees. It seems like every time I go, they’re training someone new. When I pulled up there was only one person in line… he was just sitting there with bored look on his face… then I found out why when it was my turn at the window. I had to repeat myself four or five times (with long pauses in between), and she still managed to mess it all up. All the toppings and bread were wrong (everything except the meat and cheese) and it was covered in mayo. I specifically said «no mayo» at least three times.
Most people who go to subway are looking for something fast & not disgustingly fat. We know what we want on our sandwiches before we even get there & don’t need a lot of deciding time at the window. I’m usually a pretty patient person, but this subway needs to stop making their trainee’s work the drive through.
Also, this Subway doesn’t offer spinach, just iceberg lettuce. The other stores (in the heights) offer spinach.
